The overall experience was good, breakfast ok...but went to the office every day to confirm for a room clean and everyday they said yes but no came to clean or straighten up the bed...very disappointed in the night shift, she said give her a few to figure out how to get us sheets for the bed and a week later and now have checked out, still no help ..one of the day shift office personnel gave me everything I needed in a garage bag, I told her I can make my own bed...it was the principal of the matter....not sure I will be bringing my family back to this hotel and I pray and hope you all treat the next guest better than we received..

The front desk staff was nice however, there was random knocking on my door, several times over the course of my stay and it seems security was lacking. I was disturbed out of my sleep several times by this. Only reason I stayed was due to a close family member being sick and this was near her house. Other than that, location was overbooked with children and no parents watching them. I hope if I have to return to this location the security and front desk staff will have better control of the location.

Went with our daughter’ s family booking two rooms. Our room leaked water from the dishwasher area with section of the side wall full of fungi probably the leak was old. Our daughter room had a refrigerator which rattled all night. Next day we were transfer to the second floor. The two new rooms looked better in stage and cleaning however My husband and I couldn’t sleep a continuous noise coming fron the adjacent room every 8 seconds was coming. The next day the cleaning lady

Terrible service. Tiny rooms. No one cleaned our room for 3 days! No shampoos no towels and no baby crib for my 6 month old.

The stay was disappointing. I stayed here because of the Marriott name. I am a frequent user of Marriott. But the room was a total disappointment. I reserved the room for 4 people. the main bed was shot. the springs were close to surface and you could feel them when sitting on the bed and for sure laying on it. The sofa-bed was a disaster. there were stains on the mattress, at it was so uncomfortable that my kids decided to sleep on the couch the next night and give up on the bed part of sofa-bed. I rented this property because of my past experience with Marriott quality. this property was the lowest that I have experienced in any of Marriott properties in the last 30 years that I have been a customer.

Great hotel for families. Fairly easy to get in and out of Philadelphia. We loved the extra space for a family vacation, and the basketball court was definitely a plus. The staff were extremely friendly, and the food was great. Definitely a good value!

When we arrived after a very long drive to the hotel, the first room we were given had a bedroom mirror with a HUGE crack in it. We have 3 children including a toddler and that was not safe. Nor was it ok to put any paying customer in that room with the amount that we were paying to stay there (we were there for three nights). Upon disocvery of the mirror, I immediately called the front desk and asked to be moved. I sensed a bit of an attitude, but they switched our room. The second room they switched us to was better, but as we were unpacking, we started noticing different things like something smeared on the wall, used tissue behind one of the bathroom doors, and what appeared to be old blood droplets on the mattress and rug. Needless to say, we were thoroughly disgusted. Luckily, we brought cleaning supplies so we strapped on gloves and cleaned the room ourselves. Moving again would have been waaaay too much of a hassle with three small children who have been on the road for over 8 hours. They did offer to move us and clean though. They gave us a free stay as compensation for our trouble. We chose this hotel for the good reviews on cleanliness and it happened to be the most troubling issue for us. Aside from that, it was an ok experience.
