Overall not a bad stay. Hotel was a little dated. Entrances besides the main one aren’t slated or ramped to help get luggage inside, which was a pain. Pool was kind of gross- my kids were complaining about bugs. There was a suspicious stain on my curtains (pic below). Breakfast buffet was pretty good though. Before I had seen the place, I had already booked a second night and I’ll stop keep it- so it wasn’t awful enough to make my change my booking.

Perfect spot for short staycation with my 2 kids. Super friendly from the moment we got to front desk. 2 double + sofa bed in perfectly clean room... and the sofa bed was actually quite comfortable. Pool was huge, and we had all to ourselves. Next time in area, we will definitely be back

Stayed multiple nights with my wife and a newborn. Plenty of space for us to set up everything we needed for care of our child.

I specifically booked here because of the pool, for my toddler who loves water. Although I recieved at least 5 messages before my check in date about the brand new fitness center they omitted any mention about the state of the pool. It was an indoor pool but it was FREEZING, the loungers were broken and the floor grimy and cracked. We did our best but it was just too unbearable, then someone at the front desk suggested that it was under repair and thats why it was so cold but I could not get a straight answer when I asked them about the temperature. False advertising- if your pool is broken say so, dont mislead guests. Further, our first night it was LOUD, the walls and doors are so thin that we heard our loud neighbors still partying until 3am, after driving for 3 hours we were exhausted and wanted to SLEEP. They claimed there was a quiet hour policy after 10PM but despite calling down to reception the noise continued. After an awful first night of barely sleeping, I went down to the reception to complain, they comped our breakfast as a gesture and then I realized all the people behind me in line also had complaints and were getting "vouchers" comped. It was just disappointing and I told them I would not book there again, honestly not worth the nearly $600 we spent for a 3 night stay ...

The only reason I chose this hotel was because of the indoor pool for my two young kids. However, on May 2nd, two days before our stay we were informed that due to renovations the pool was not heated. This was after the cancellation date so we had no other option. If I would have been informed of this planned renovation I would not have paid $250 to stay here knowing the pool was not working. We tried the pool but it was way too cold. I feel a little bait and switch with this hotel and will not recommend. Plus there were bloody fingerprints on the room phones.

Aside from the kids taking over the pool, this hotel is solid. Love the balconies!

The washer and dryer didn’t work and the front desk said they couldn’t help me so I ended up just going to Walmart to get pants for my kids. The bed had hair in it and stains on the sheets. On Expedia it says the hotel offers breakfast but it’s a restaurant you have to pay for. Way over priced for the quality of the room.

I check out about 4am we didn't sleep. First of all the customer service is awesome at the hotel. However my experience was terrible with no sleep... the smell of marijuana, the rude behaviors at the swimming pool....the beds were horrible and very small...I booked for a family of 5 and the room was very outdated and broken....when I said broken the toilet seat, wall paper falling...the springs on the bed were felf. The pull out couch had dry white spots thay look like ..... from couples that been there prior...the smell of the room was pure ash trays. I was offered 2 room that were the same condition or worse. I was asked to reach expedia which I did and was told I can get a refund for my stay to just stay put till I recieve an email from the property. I did receive a email in which the property refused to give me a refund. The manager did call me and was very nice. She then offered me 2 rolling bed that were in worse condition then the pull out couch, but my stay was the worse and shame on you guys for not offering back my family and I a refund. Oh the shower was filled of mildew all 3 rooms showed.

Let me first start off by saying check in day was great the young lady and the gentlemen that was working was the most sweetest ever. Thank you for your kindess. Now lets get down to the truth cause most these reviews is gonna have u thinking you have a great place. Night one, our room had absolutely no heat so we got moved to room number 2. That room had no heat either but after being in the car for almost 9 in a half hours i dealt with it. Got up to get to the airport. The only reason i was even in the area was due to my daughter being deployed for a year and me and her brother wanted to be there to tell her bye. We go to grab food cause lets just be honest traveling wears my body out and i really wanted to relax while the kids played in the pool so i could be prepared to travel back home early the next morning. We get back to the hotel during a freaking monsoon to only find ourselves stuck outside with nonworking keycards and our food. So now we r soaked like rats and that food we just spent $90 on has to be trashed. We get back to our room to find ourselves in a room so cold that we are literally using a hairdryer to get warm as we take turns taking hot showers. (Yes the showers are the best part of the trip). I finally decided im leaving that night only to have a horrible noise start next door that sound like someone was doing construction. That went on for 45 mins. I am the most easy going person you will ever meet but this was absolutely the worse experience EVER!

I wanted a little getaway for the kids. So I booked this room because it said it had a kitchen. No kitchen, just a sink. So I had to but food. Also said it had breakfast. I assumed it would be complementary. Nope they had a restaurant that you can pay for breakfast. So I couldn’t cook dinner. I couldn’t cook breakfast and I also had to buy it. The heat couldn’t be above 78. Which means we couldn’t get in the pool because if we came back to the room wet we’d probably catch a cold. We slept in sweats because the suite was so cold. I had a reservation from Friday to Monday. I immediately went somewhere else after 1 night. The front desk was pleasant, room was clean but it’s not what I wanted.
