Hampton Inn Bordentown

Arrived during the July heat wave with temps above 100 degrees. Booked a double room, only one of which had working AC. This was a less than ideal situation. All that management did was provide a decrepit fan that had to be held up with a chair. Apparently no similar rooms were available, and while we could have moved our whole family into a single room, I was told there would be no cost reduction since we booked through a third party (Hotels.com). While the stay was OK, I certainly don't feel like I got my moneys worth. Other details were missed like only providing three towels when I stated there were four individuals staying in the room. Overall, very poor value for the money.

Good quality for price. The beds were clean and comfortable. I felt confident that my family and I were safe.

Booked the hotel after filtering pool and breakfast included when traveling as solo adult with two kids under 12. Pool was not functioning, and was not a temporary situation, and breakfast included moldy bagels and a non functioning waffle maker. Left with all family members losing faith in the embassy suites brand.

Staying here with a family of 6 was a great experience. My family was very impressed with our suite, It was so roomy and very relaxing. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff were very polite and accommodating.
