Ravi and the rest of the crew were very kind and made us feel welcome. The room was filthy and smelled like sweat, which did not abate during the course of the trip. There were crumbs in the drawers. The floor corners not cleaned out, like where the walls meet the floor, the corners were dirty. The tub didn't plug for my kids' bath. There were very limited towels available for the pool. The people overhead were very heavy walkers and woke us up about 2 hours earlier than we were hoping to (also, their poor kid fell out of the bed 2x, bless them). Altogether, for over $200 a night, really unimpressed.

A little run down. The people that stayed above me were really loud. I stayed at the hotel to rest after my child was born, after having been awake for 3 days straight. I was hoping to just be able to fall into a deep sleep and could not until those people went to bed. The phone and TV in the room did not work either because I thought I could blot out the noise or have someone call their room. Unable to and I was too exhausted to go down to the front desk. The cabinets in the kitchen were broke and were patched up. I also found someone’s random sock by the bed and a condom, well I’m glad someone was safe there.

There were baby little cockroaches in the room and hallway as we were leaving. My guy had 2 on him. It was gross and we will never return to that hotel.

The bathroom had mold on the ceiling above the shower. Their parking lot was a one way so if you needed to park in a spot you’d have to go around the building. The back door didn’t always work when swiping your room card. The staff allowed other guests in the pool to scream at the top of their lungs while taking over the pool for a pretend volley ball competition. It made bringing small children to the pool very difficult.

Stayed with my young kids. Enjoyed our stay, staff was great, room was nice the pool was fun. We were on the second floor so whoever was above us seemed to be a little loud but honsetly didnt really affect or bother us.

The place was conveniently located to the area in New Hampshire we needed to get to. Friendly staff. Clean room. The indoor pool was clean and a huge hit with my toddler. The gym was ok as it only had three basic equipment. The price for the stay was reasonable. Breakfast could have been better, but it wasn’t bad.

We got a family suite for our family of 5. When we checked in we were told the sofa sleeper in our room was being replaced. We left for the pool & I told the front desk we won't be in the room if they want to replace the sofa. We came back 2 hours later to find the old one still there. Nobody could sleep on it because the mattress was completely worn, the coils poking through etc- my 13 yo twins had to sleep with me in the king bed & my husband & son slept in the queen bed. The noise from the room next to us was obnoxious for HOURS at night & we called the front desk 3 times & the noise level, slamming doors & running up the hall never got better until after 11:30pm BOTH nights we stayed it was so loud & front desk said they would take care of it but never did. The "breakfast" was disgusting & inedible.

We were traveling with three kids and two adults, so the hotel manager recommended we get adjoining rooms. This was a GREAT way to go, as we got a bed for everyone plus two bathrooms.
Kids loved the pool and fitness room and took full advantage of making Belgium waffles for breakfast every morning.
Close to 93 and 89, with downtown Concord a short drive or walk away. Would stay again.

first of all I book for a smoking room and when I got there they told me they did not have any more smoking rooms ..Thanks to another client ..we exchange rooms ...The staff did not even help with changing the sheets or towels for us ..we had to wait in the room while the guy took all his stuff ..we were so tired from our long drive that we went to the other bed that thank God was not used ..the next day we went of to visit family ..We left a tag on the door please clean ..When we got to the room after a long day ...The card did not work we could not get into the room ..We had to go down stairs for help ..when we finally got to the room it was not cleaned and it was 830 pm no clean sheets or towel ...I wanted to cry so tired and had such a long day and the room was not clean again ..My boyfriend had to go down stair again to ask for help ..We had to sit in the room while they finally clean the room ..one of the staff told us this is a very busy season ..I was so disappointed I understand its a busy season but because of people like us that stay in hotel .They have clients ... when we finally left the hotel a clerk at the desk told us that there was nothing they could do about our problems because we booked through expedia and not directly with the hotel ..we stayed two days and the two days were a disappointment
