Hampton Inn & Suites Reno

Room was big but definitely not kept up, walls were dirty, scratches all on the doors, our sink had tissue with toothpaste. Staff was just not friendly or welcoming, at least not to our family. Breakfast was decent.

Everything about the hotel and area was wonderful, except the hot tub/sauna wasn’t working. After a long day of driving, and an evening with no kids, I really needed to warm up and relax.

Overall, the staff was nice and helpful. BUT, the room was not as clean and "fresh" as I a accustomed at Hampton. The bed was comfortable but the furniture was worn and the carpet not very clean. It was OK, but not great. The location was perfect for the area we needed to be for our family visit.

I was road-tripping from Los Angeles to Susanville Ca, I booked a room for my family to stay in mid way so we can rest our eyes and shower ourselves. I booked for Friday because I knew we would be coming in late Friday- early Saturday. Upon arrival, turns out they checked someone else into my room. I waited 45 mins to get accommodated. I do want to note, DESTINY was EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY I REALLY APPRECIATED HER. Even though it was not her that did it, she found a solution. SO THANK YOU DESTINY!! I would have given it a higher rating but later that day I spoke with RACHEL about extending my stay and she literally yelled at me saying I could not stay another day because our room had been booked and it needed to be cleaned for the next guests arrival. She was rude. I WISH THERE WERE MORE DESTINY’s in the world.

This property is located away from the noise of the casinos. We were in town for a family function and were looking for a property that was quiet. It is easy to access from Highway 395/580. Breakfast was warm and fresh. Thank you.

Beautiful room and location. Beds and bedding was so comfortable. Kids enjoyed the pool ( hot tub looked very dirty and unappealing) . Breakfast was amazing, lots of choices and very kid friendly ( they loved the Mimi waffle maker) Evening male guest attendant seemed bother by us and not very welcoming but female attendant very helpful welcoming and nice. Heater definitely working

This property is close to Mount Rose ski resort, Reno and supermarkets as well as restaurants. It is very clean, updated, and spacious. Breakfast is included and very nice. Price is very reasonable for a family of 4 unlike some casinos would charge for extra persons. Will come back again.

Came to Reno for a family function and needed a dog friendly hotel . Free breakfast is always a plus . Room was clean . Checkin and check out was easy . Everything was great besides the night shift service. The young girl and boy didn’t acknowledge or greet anyone even when I said hello and thank you I was ignored because they were to busy talking to eachother. Other than that I would stay again.

I was told that the two rooms I secured for my large family would be side by side, I called to confirm this was the case. I was assured it was noted and shouldnt be a problem. Once I got to the hotel I was told that my request was not possible and there was no way for them to guarentee that the rooms would be positioned as requested. My request was noted but it was done 3/4 the way down the page and no one saw it when filling other rooms. The rooms were almost dangerous in a few spots. Marble/tile floors were broken and created sharp edges. Toilets had feces under the lid when we checked in. The carpet was tacky and left a black residue on your shoes and feet. The mattresses are old spring mattresses with a thin padded layer between the sheet and mattress. The bed spreads were clean and good looking.
