Stopped over on the way home from visiting family. They upgraded us to the newly remodeled tower because we were early arriving and the room we booked wasn’t cleaned yet. The room looked like we were the first people to use it. Absolutely pristine. It had a K-cup coffeemaker and bottled water, comfy chairs and super comfortable beds. Beautiful walk-in shower (although it was a little difficult to adjust the temperature), lots of data plugs and great pillows. Had dinner in the Bistro Napa and although it was pricey the service and food were great. Had a Martini in the Atrium Bar and it was huge (must have been a triple).

I was there for my birthday with family. We left right before daily cleaning. I did not put the sign “do not disturb” up so they can clean up the room and give us new clean towels. We can back around 6pm. The sign got handed up on our door and no clean that day. It was disaster!! Ohh well I wasn’t impressed. Overall it was a nice trip in Reno.

Probably to big for me. Didn't enjoy the Disneyland atmosphere, to many kids running around. Never even tried to deal with the restaurants.

The stay was really good, bed was extremely comfortable and really enjoyed the view from the room. My family joined me to go swimming and we had a great time. Would stay there again.

Clean and family friendly. Our room was lovely. Love the remodel style and our roo.s view from 13th floor south facing was beautiful! Staff was Amazing! Even though it was a big hotel (had everything for our stay we didint have to leave anywhere for a food time) staff made us feel like we were staying at a loving relatives home :) We stayed here with our kids and we loved the pool area! Best indoor outdoor pool in the area in my opinion!

Liked our stay, even stayed an extra night. Gaming Staff was very helpfull, professional, and kind. The only thing that concerned us was both Swimming Pools were full of children and the water was murky. We feel this situation be aggressively addressed for both health and safety, and the convenience and enjoyment of all guest.

The newly updated room was modern and clean. The dinner buffet was 5 star all the way. Abundant and diverse cuisine options and the food was outstanding! The other dinning options were nicely placed throughout for convenience. The Arcade for kids was great although, the ticket redemption is only open on Friday-Sun. They do have a 24hr ticket redemption kiosk but the choices are limited. Facility was very clean and the open view elevator was unique. The only area we felt could use improvement is the outdoor pool. It was underwhelming compared to everything else. Not much seating.
