I would have given 5 stars but the fire alarm went off at 5 am. False alarm but it terrified my kids and ruined our day.

Shower wasn’t cleaned, there was spilled soap in it from previous tenant, color of the soap didn’t match what hotel provided. Housekeeping entered and woke baby up this morning which wasn’t great but we didn’t mind so much because we needed to get back on the road.

The grandkids were very disappointed that the pool was out of order, and I wasn't advised of this when I checked in. The "suite" was smaller than expected, and looked nothing like the photo shown in the listing. Also, the room was uncomfortably hot, though it was quite cold outside and I never turned on the heat in the room.
