Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas-Henderson

Hotel and amenities were great! My kids raved about the breakfast. Plenty of room in the suite. Pool area was largest I’ve seen at a hotel that size. Only complaint is the homeless behind the hotel. Our room directly faced their homeless encampment.

My family and I stayed the weekend as this was much closer to my sisters home. We enjoyed our stay. We arrived to a clean and spacious room. I had trouble with the window shade, so I called front desk and she was willing to call maintenance to come back since they were gone for the day but in the midst of speaking with her, the window shade started to come down. I simply just needed to be patient. The daily breakfast buffet was great. We had a variety of options to choose from and left us full until a little after lunch. The parking lot is shared with another hotel. So when its a busy weekend, the parking lot can fill up fast. The location was good and for the most parts, quiet too - close to fast food restaurants, Wal-Mart, and other businesses. Will definitely recommend to others and be coming back to stay.

I love this place nice for family

If you are passing through or at an event all day, this is the perfect place to come back and lay your head at night. The beds were comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, and they have a great breakfast to kick start your day. We had a couple hiccups but they were taken care of promptly and professionally. All in all, we visit family in Vegas once or twice a year and I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff at check in - we’re not friendly. I was given an accessible room which I did not request and was not advised of before they checked my reservation in (which was for a regular room) I asked if they had luggage carts they said yes but none were anywhere to be found - said they should be back down any time. An hour later still no luggage carts. Traveling with multiple individuals and children - luggage carts are extremely helpful. The area they sold items in was extremely over priced. There was drug addicts in the parking lot. The room itself was clean and comfortable, the pool area is large and nice. The breakfast is also very nice.

Friendly, polite staff. I had a lot to offer for complimentary breakfast, but I rarely eat breakfast. The hotel is close to my family in Henderson. Easy freeway access and a nearby mall for shopping. The hotel does need more luggage carts—I only saw one at the door the entire visit. I liked the bathroom layout—the shelving and hooks were quite convenient for hanging towels and clothes. You can walk to local restaurants, too. The price was reasonable, and there was plenty of parking.

Every one are professional and super nice people i stay for one night with all my family including my little dog and they treated us like a family thanxs for everything

Excellent breakfast both days! Great space in the room for a family with kids.

This hotel is a family's preference, and when we have the opportunity we stay in, my kids like the break fast buffet and the service provided.

Good central location with nice pool area, 2 queen suite room was good size for family of 4, no complaints!
