We had a great stay at the Fairfield in Missoula. Our kids loved the water slides our room was good. We had a small cooler of frozen items that the staff was very kind and helpful in storing in a freezer for the night. The hotel shuttle to the airport was very convenient. If we are back in Missoula, we will stay here again!

My husband and our family have been staying here twice a year for over 10 years… but this may be our last stay. The price has doubled, over $300 for a Monday night- in top of that a new parking fee (for an out of town empty lot hotel) and a huge pet fee that was disclosed prior to check-in. And for that $300 hundred a night we didn’t have a warm shower….

A good family friendly venue. Great water slides for the kids. Breakfast included real eggs (not powdered) and other items that were better than other chain hotel breakfasts. Easy access. Friendly service. Clean.

Water temp in our shower went from BOILING hot to frigid. Back and forth. It was unsafe to bathe children in and we had to request a different room. And the rooms were dirty overall. Pool area had a mildew smell and the hot tub was ungodly hot, to an unsafe level hot. And the hot tub desperately needed cleaned. It was gross. With as much money as we spent, I will not stay there again for what we received.

The property was great and the staff was amazing. My only recommendation is to maybe have a limit on people in the pool at the water park. It was really busy and there was a lot of kids in such a little pool. Very hard to make sure your owe kids were safe. Then there was kids at the top of the water slide who were pushing kids down the slide before it was time to go.
