Friendly staff and comfy beds. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Convenient to area shopping and dining options. Breakfast options were good. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family/friends.

This is our third time staying at the StoneCreek Lodge, but it will be our last. We really like the size of the king suite rooms, as we often travel with our children and it’s nice to have the extra space, dining table, and kitchenette. However, this time we felt unsafe and that’s not something I’m willing to risk again. When checking in, the employee who helped me was rude, short and seemed irritated that I was there. After getting keys and getting up to our room, my husband took our kids for a swim while I stayed back to get ready. About ten minutes later I heard people (multiple) entering the room with a key card. At first I thought it was hotel staff/cleaners, but to my shock it was OTHER GUESTS who were given keys to our room “by mistake.” They looked just as surprised as I did. When I called the front desk to ask what was going on, I again, was met with irritation like it was MY fault they did this. I said some other guests just entered my room and the reply was “we know, we’re having an issue with our system and it’s putting guests into already filled rooms.” I said okay, well I’m very uncomfortable knowing someone has keys to our room & access to our belongings (because we were leaving shortly thereafter to head to a softball game). Their reply was “we’re working on it.” No apology, no care or concern for their guests. To top it off, when we returned for the night, our cards had been disabled and then WE couldn’t get into our room. All that to say, we will not be back

I thought this hotel was going to be better. It is really only suitable for those travellers via air to Missoula that have gotten stranded here with no other choices. This place is the: No pool, no restaurant, no bar, zero services. And while I know that my booking this place is my fault and I should have known.....yeah, I should have known. I didn't read the bold print. This place only has one offering....a room. And there lies the "rant" of this review. The property seems worn. The carpets, the smell, the room furniture are worn, shabby and stained. The staff seem much like this as well. And I feel bad saying this but all the staff I encountered seemed to actually voice this description. The typical response or greeting was either silence or "yeah, been here and can't wait to leave and start my time off." My small family spent three nights there and literally were ghosted by housekeeping. l don't mind taking out my own trash but at least provide me with a trash can liner. The only amenity offered was 24/7 coffee service. Failed on final night/morning as I couldn't get a morning coffee at 4:00 a.m. as the coffee hadn't been delivered or made yet? We should have booked Motel 6 and saved a few bucks.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable rooms however it is incredibly noisy. We were right by the stairs. At 11pm kids were rough housing on them. By 12 people were coming in and laughing and talking in the halls. The pipes made ticking noises when the room above showered. We could hear the people in the room next to us talking. Beautiful hotel but not restful.

Place was very clean. Very nice room is a little small for being a king suites with a pull out bed pictures made it seem like the king bed with separate from the pull out couch/living room area. Other than that pretty great place to stay with family.

We had a two queen, half kitchen room and it was very big. Lots of room to relax and get ready for the mineral water pool. My kids dont do clorine well so this pool was awesome.

The staff was very friendly. And the hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, which there is a shuttle to.
I did not care for the pillows. I think they were from "My Pillow" guy, so they felt like just a bunch of cut up pillow stuffing in them. I would have preferred down or even fake down. Also, there was only one bedside table. So I used a chair. Our stay was quick, just overnight and we left at 4:30am. I did see the pool and it was occupied by families with kids. They looked to be having a good time. My kids are grown adults now. But if I had young kids I definitely would like a stay here with them.
