We always stay at this hotel when we come to Bozeman with our family of six. We can always count on cleanliness and great friendly service. The breakfast is always well stocked and fills up our crew. I would say as a bit of feedback that it is looking a little run down (worn carpet, dingy tile grouting, faded furniture covers). Maybe time for a spruce up! But otherwise, always a great experience here we've come to count on! We appreciate it!!

We loved the staff. We had a lot of family in Bozeman for graduation and everyone was very accommodating when it came to our needs.

We were very disappointed that there was no notification prior to our arrival that the hot tub was out of service as that is often a huge pet of our hotel experience one of the things we look for when choosing lodging. Also, we were surprised and perplexed to find a note on my children’s stuffed animal stating they do not make the beds because of personal items on the bed. We have never had a refusal anywhere else we have stayed and our children always travel with a special toy. Overall, I am not sure we would stay at this hotel again.

The stay was pleasant. My only minor complaint was I was on the main floor and there were kids above me that were running and jumping in their room above mine until about 10 pm, but other than that the overall stay was good. Suggestion: maybe put business stays in their own part of the Hotel, especially when it isn't even close to full.

Very nice and accommodating, family-oriented hotel. Big rooms, comfortable bedding, huge TV, pool, breakfast, and newer bathrooms...all that my family needs to travel and be comfortable. This location is especially blessed by the front desk clerk (lovely dark hair, soft spoken, works fast, didn't sit on her phone when not checking people in) who is kind, knowledgeable, and very professional.

The hotel was great. Clean, within 5 minutes of I90 exit. Within 5 minutes of shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was outstanding and friendly and very helpful. My husband has difficulty walking any distance and they accomodated our needs immediately by placing our room by the elevator. We used the pool and it was clean and warm. The greatest quality of this hotel though is the staff. We received two text messages while we were there asking if everything was good and if there was anything we needed just let them know. We visit Bozeman a few times a year because of family and this will be our new "Go to Hotel" for all future trips.

Great location for visiting Bozeman family. Clean and updated. However, the night staff needs to be taught how to speak to guests. When our room keys were wiped clear each night, we were told we didn’t know how to use key cards. Then continued to argue with us that keys worked. It put a black mark on what would have been a great stay.

We've stayed at this hotel before. We love the hotel because the rooms are somewhat larger to accommodate our family of 5. We were a little surprised at the cleanliness and the property is starting to look run down.

This was our third time staying at this hotel in the last few years. Always clean and quiet. Kind front desk staff and a really great hearty breakfast for the family in the mornings. My only wish for improvement would be family rooms with bunks!, But the double Queen room with a pull out couch at least fits our family of six for now. Overall, we've come to count on an excellent experience at this hotel every time.
