My family and I, like many others, were staying at the Hyatt Regency to attend a Pink Concert. The hotel was packed. Here is the biggest problem: half of the elevators were not operational. The wait for the elevator after the concert was ridiculous, so we climbed the stairs (which was encouraged by management). Climbing 14 flights of stairs at close to midnight is NOT what this 66 year old had in mind. The walls are paper thin, and we could hear our neighbors, who had their TV on all evening. We did not have the needed linens for the number in our group.

Definitely would not recommend this hotel especially if you have a family. Not family friendly at all. Bed sheets were still wet the parking was not good at all Thumbs down 👎 They were not good at explaining directions at all I would definitely recommend staying at the Drury hotel beside them

Check in was pretty easy. Disappointed that the self parking lot was full, so we were forced to pay for valet service - even after being told there were open spots still available in the self parking garage. Our room - blah. The room was nothing special, as a matter of fact. It sucked. The bedsheets were awful. Almost a vinyl feel to the fabric & there was no actual comforter on the bed. Just a thin blanket. AND NO DRESSERS. No dressers to put our clothes in & only 5 hangers, so as a family we couldn't even hang up all of our clothes. We had to keep all of our clothes in our luggage for our trip. I will never stay here again.

Traveled with wife and two kids and our room was still not ready 40 minutes after check in time. Was given a new room with only one bed. Took 6 hours to get a roll away bed to our room

The location was great, the staff was lovely. However, our bathroom had not been cleaned. When we went to put the kids into the tub that night we noticed hair and dirt in the tub and on the floor. I had to clean the tub before putting my kids in.

I was in the car with our children getting them situated and it was unfortunate that the hotel made me come in to check in rather than letting my husband with the same last name to check in on my behalf. Staff just had a "blah, get over it" kind of attitude about it. Hotel was clean and had a great restaurant in it.

The location and hotel was great, the only thing that I did not like was not being able to park at the actual hotel. Loading and unloading our bags with children and having to walk to and from the hotel was a hassle.

The hotel was very nice, it was everything around it that made the stay unpleasant. Graffiti, abandoned buildings, broken glass on the sidewalks, people begging for money, people smoking marijuana in public next to small children, people riding dirtbikes and atvs through downtown while the police look in the opposite direction. This has to be one of the worst experiences of a downtown I've had. Definitely not a place you want to take small children at night.

Our room was great, clean, smelled good and plenty of space for 5 & 7 year old to romp around. Immediately upon arrival we needed a pillow case changed out and housekeeping came right away with a new one. Concierge desk always had 2 people available if you needed info. Front desk smooth and efficient! Bathroom was uniquely designed with shower sink toilet separated from a second sink and vanity station. Hotel is right on top of the arch so view was amazing and only steps away to visit the grounds & museum. BEST PART IS STARBUCKS INSIDE with good spaces to sit. Onsite restaurant was great for evening quick pizza pick up plus took a glass of wine up to my room. Only a few blocks away from the stadium as well. We were there on a Cardinals away weekend but lots was still happening around the stadium with the fans at the sports bar venue…don’t underestimate an away weekend because we got to meet OZZIE SMITH!!! *Only 1 negative…parking garage situation not always having self parking then you have to upgrade to valet which they did reimburse us because it wasn’t our fault no more spaces…but at least the hotel has a garage so we didn’t have to worry about our car as I had read about many vandalisms that had occurred within the past year but we definitely felt very safe being in this location & parking in this location! Definitely drive if you venture anywhere past the stadium grounds especially if you have kiddos. WONDERFUL SPRING EXPERIENCE FOR MY FAMILY! THANK YOU HYATT!!!
