Comfort Inn & Suites Sikeston I-55

When I arrived I was given a room that the top lock was locked on, meaning the room was occupied. I went back to the front desk he assigned me another room. That room keys didnt work. I called the front desk he said bring keys back he'll redo them. Go back downstairs as told just to go back upstairs & still not be able to access our room. I had 3 children with me so I refused to keep going up & down for an repeating inconvience. I called front desk & ask him to come check the door himself. He does for it to be the same issue. We then wait around in the hallway until he finally comea back with keys to a 3rd room! He does apologize but by the time we arrived & finally got into a room my kids got about 40 minutes of pool time which was our main reasoning for being there. Also the toilet did not flush! & the internet was not connecting for the tv to work. It took my daughter about 2 hours to get it working. The bathroom had someones dental floss on the floor & smelled like throw up. There was a dirty pillow thrown behind the chair in the room. The cleaniness wasnt what I expected from this particular hotel. The employees was nice but overall the experience was not good at all!

The only issue I had was the folks in the room next to me that had either children or a horse in their room. They were running around til 1 am which is ridiculous. Took me forever to go to sleep.
