Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Rolla - U of Missouri S&T, an IHG Hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The rooms was clean, got a king size bedroom with pull out bed couch and everyone was comfortable with lots of room to move. So many outlets, with kids with tablets there was a place everywhere for a charger to be. All in all it was a great experience.

Enjoyed my stay. This hotel was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at. The all day/night coffee was a nice perk. The breakfast had lots of options and my kids love it.

Amazing staff and clean hotel to stay at for a family vacation or other vacations.

Plainly put this was the worst experience I have ever had at any Holiday Inn or Express. Dirt floors. Sink with what appeared to be dried blood in the bathroom. Tiles popped up. Dirty stained towels in the bathroom. Loudest place I have ever stayed. Free breakfast was lacking in selection. To top it off, some clown dressed in a Holiday Inn shirt, I assume a housekeeper, swings open our door at 7:45 in the morning without as much as a knock or announcing himself. This could have went really bad. It totally scared both of my kids and my wife. We decided right then to just load up and check out. No shower. No breakfast. No coffee. No nothing. We just wanted away from that horrible place. If it hadn’t been for the fact that my special needs daughter was extremely tired from the drive we would have left right after checking in. So no I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstance.

Pool was great for the kids who were with our group. Breakfast was good. The two front desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with the influx of people at late check in.
