Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites St. Robert, an IHG Hotel

Upon check-in the noise from the remodel made it very difficult to hear the guy checking us in and he politely repeated himself. Very pleasant gentleman. The room was clean but what was odd is that the tv was in front of the bed instead of the sitting area where the EXTREMELY HARD couch was so when you sat on couch you just had a huge blank wall to look at??? The tv channels were very limited and what you did watch lagged so bad you couldn’t watch bc of being blurry. Then you can hear all the remodeling going on and the people above us must of had kids bc at 6am you hear running and jumping and stomping- couldn’t go back to sleep. Because of the remodeling you had to leave the hotel and go behind it to another hotel to get your free breakfast . Turkey sausage, bacon scrambled eggs and b&gs. Fruit and cereal. Very friendly and food was good.then the elevator was out of service temporarily so we had to use stairs and walk through the remodel halls, not cool especially with back problems, thank goodness we didn’t have luggage. And upon leaving there was no luggage cart , people don’t return them from rooms so we had to wait till we got one, the front desk took care of that for us.

Breakfast was amazing each day! Room was cleaned well. Staff are very nice. Only complaints was the kids/someone knocking on door and dashing. That was frustrating. Besides that, perfect place to be at when visiting base.

everything went great, the staff was nice. The breakfast was good. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool.

Very Clean, Service was Nice and Good Breakfast on My Stay. Will tell family and friends where to stay on their up coming adventures when their in this Town

It being a venue for the military base I think that an outside area for families to re-connect would be a great asset to your facility. Familes want to connect again, and there are limited locations for that locally

This is a mid way point for our traveling to see our family. We have tried other hotels in town but this is by far the best yet! I would highly recommend staying here and you can be sure we'll be back again.

This is the fourth (4th) time we stayed at this hotel in the last month. We came to our son's graduation from Basic/AIT and three other times to visit as he is stationed at Leonard Wood. The hotel stay was great, especially the breakfast in the morning. One important plus for us is the hotel is a non-smoking hotel which provided a fresh environment. The hot tub and pool was useful for our children. Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. If I had to reference a negative, it would be the beds were too soft, however thats a preference thing. Also, the price to stay is a little higher than other hotels in the area. But as you can see, I paid the extra price for a nice stay. Would recommend this hotel.
