Staybridge Suites St Louis - Westport, an IHG Hotel

Room was great for our family of 5. Kitchenette area was convenient to eat as a family. Breakfast was plentiful, area was a little snug in terms of layout. Pool was good, outdoor bball court was nice addition, fitness room had all the equipment to meet needs. Overall great stay

Delilah was so hospitable! She really seemed to care what kind of experience my family had! She went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our stay!

My stay wasn’t pleasant at all. The start of arriving the front desk lady was awesome after that it went downhill. I had only been in my room 2 MINUTES and I hear a knock saying I was causing disturbance. When we hadn’t even taking our coats off. She just assumed it was us because of children. I then called down because of stink bugs being on our ceiling no one ever came to get them down. I noticed we didn’t have sheets for our pull out couch, the attendant rudely stated well you can come get them because I’m not walking up. The next morning at breakfast the attendants were then rude there. I’m not sure if it was because of a busy weekend but the entire time was just uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, and the option for suites is fantastic for families with kids!

I was greeted by a pleasant female who assisted me with the check-in process. She assigned me to room 228 and issued me 3 keycards for myself, my brother and sister. We made our way up to our room which was perfect by the way! At approximately, 1:17am on Saturday, May 6th our room telephone began ringing. You read that correctly, 1:17 in the morning. I picked up the phone and the individual on the line stated, “What is your name?” (rather angrily). I responded with my full name. The individual says, “Do you have a Julie in your group?” I responded, “No”. By this time I realized that it was the gentleman “Pete” who was working the front desk. He says, “Your in the wrong room, you’re supposed to be in room 4**”. I responded that I had checked in the day prior and was assigned to room 228 by the front desk associate. His response was, “well, you’re in the wrong room” and hung up the phone. What an incredible inconvenience this was. How is it plausible to contact a guest at 1:17am?! We were traveling with a small child who was now awake because of the phone ringing in the middle of the night. Needless to say, we were all awake, and nobody got any sleep because of “Pete”. I am floored by the level of customer service I received.

The check in was fast and friendly. We didn't have any issues. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and basketball. The breakfast was just OK. It was nice that they had evening drinks and snacks while we were there. If we are in St. Louis area again we will stay here.

Great hotel for family, friends and overall checks everything on the list

We were visiting family for more than a week over the holidays and this was a lovely home base for us. We could walk over to Westport and it is fairly central to St. Louis County and St. Charles.

Absolutely awesome and large clean suites and kitchen. Fabulous for our large family. Phenomenal pool area too.

The kids enjoyed the amenities. When we showef up the didn't have any rooms available that we had reserved. So they upgraded us which was great. Unable to get the guide up on the tv was the only issue we had.
