Rooms are not very clean, pretty sure when I was plugging in a cord I saw rat poop on the floor, fridge was leaking water everywhere. We were on the first floor and it was so loud. Halls smelled like mildew and dog poop. The pool is broken which would have been nice to know prior to checking in. I had some very disappointed kids. This was just a one night stay until we could check into our other hotel. Definitely won’t be back.

Sexual harrasment , and found a used condom that my ¹ year old child picked ,i would defenetly sue if i could ,cat feces under the beds very nasty place very unclean

Have a good stay..bathroom was not all that clean but just a little cleaning at it was good..The people next to us was very loud had their kids screaming and yelling at 3/4 in the morning

My 3 month old child and I came to this hotel because of domestic issues. The heat didnt work in one room so I asked to be moved to another one, where the heat doesnt work as well. I cannot keep moving my baby and everything we brought so we are forced to stay here.

My wife and two teenage kids were given one king size bed instead of two queen size beds because Expedia overbooks their clients. My son had to sleep on the hard floor because they had no rooms left.

Worst stay in the St. Louis Area. Air conditioner didn’t work in August. Are you kidding me? Asked for new room, front desk was unable to provide a solution or a new room. Don’t waste your money here . Go to Homewood across the street .

The check-in process was slow. First the front desk checked a room which was not cleaned, then I was asked if I could take a king room, I told them I booked a double queen for my family of 4, at the end we were given a room with accessibility, when we took a shower, water spills to the bathroom floor and gets very messy. Lastly the bathroom door would not close.

Well had grandchildren with us went to the zoo that day before check in was very hot and didn't know the pool was under construction. That was not noted on the website or i wouldn't have paid 200 for a room. Go to breakfast at 8 no food. Had to pay out of pocket to eat at waffle house.very disappointed. We drove 3 hours to get there.

When we got to the hotel at 3:30 (mind you, check in is at 3) our rooms were not ready and they told us we’d have to wait an hour. We were traveling with a baby and two elementary aged kids. We just wanted to lay down and let the kids get out of the car before we went to the Cardinals game. So when we finally did get our room, it was not what we had reserved. We wanted a king sized bed since we have a baby. They “upgraded” us to a queen suite. My husband went and told the manager we wanted a king bed (what we had booked) and he told us they were all full. The rooms are painted an awful lime green color in the entry. The bathroom had a few ants in it. Someone’s car had the window broken out of it in the middle of the night. Overall, I would not stay here again.
