Simply PUT! This place is fantastic! I’m Very PICKY! First the staff!!! Extremely friendly people all of them! The rooms were fantastic! They accommodated my request to be near the indoor pool and on the ground level. Had my grandkids for the weekends and took advantage of the indoor heated pool! The BUFFET BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! I’m super surprised at how good all the food was as again I’m very picky! Lots to choose from and it’s all very good especially the sausage gravy and biscuits! I will absolutely be back to have another weekend of fun with my grands! Perfect spot

Breakfast was excellent, hot, fresh, and the serving area was perfect. I’m not making any negative comments about it because it was extremely wonderful But I would liked to have some great fruit. That’s just me because my kids like fruit such as bananas, oranges, grapes, and apples. We’re we’re staying there for a baseball tournament and some fresh fruit like bananas and oranges are helpful for energy and electrolyte to start the day. It’s just a suggestion. I will continue to stay there because of the entire faculty and staff was very polite, helpful, and so dang courteous. They made us feel at home. We had ZERO issues during our stay. Beds were comfortable, room was spotless, A/C, was cold, and we had plenty of fresh clean towels. Keep it up.

Decent location and average hotel. The rooms are ok, beds are comfortable but the walls were disgusting in the bathroom. Pool was very dirty. My issue was the front desk staff. As soon as I walked in George had a very rude and unprofessional first greeting of “if you’re trying to check in you have to wait 20 minutes.” Which is completely fine, but at least be welcoming and say hello. He has a horrible attitude for the hospitality business. Motioned for me to walk away with his hand like I’m below him. The next day our cards were deactivated and I had to go to the desk to get them turned back on, I can’t help but think it was intentional. I didn’t want to ruin the trip for my kids but I wish we would have found somewhere else to stay.

During check in the receptionist asked why I was in the area (this question is rude) when I told her for my sister funeral she said real low "sorry." I was told she needed a credit card for "a $50.00 incidental hold", but she wasn't going to charge my credit card. However, the $50.00 was charged to my credit card and I'm still waiting for it to be reversed. The tub in room 202 had a couple of nice size chip in it that the hotel could have repaired before renting out the room. The breakfast worker and manager stood back watching guests get food which is rude. The back door lock stop reading the room card I was told by the night worker at the front desk there wasn't anything wrong with the card that it was the lock on the door and they weren't going to repair the door to read the hotel room card because "fall and winter is getting near and with the card reader not working on the door it prevents people who are not staying in the hotel from coming in" which was an inconvenience because we had to walk around to the front of the building which was farther from our room. Our last night stay we had to get our room cards recoded because it wouldn't open the room door. The walls are thin you can hear conversations in the rooms next door and above. On our last night stay the people above kids were making a lot of noise by running and bumping. I was told Hotels.com would email me my receipt which isn't true Hotels.com said they should have given it to me at check out.

I were constantly being harassed by the guests. They were calling my room trying to make me leave and threatened to call the police. My kids and I left because we didn’t feel safe.

Clean, spacious room Bed and pillows too soft, but that seems to be everywhere Nice breakfast- they had bacon!! Unfortunate that the parents of the children upstairs allowed them to stomp and scream, but that’s not the hotels fault. Just ask to be on the top floor. Close to restaurants and freeway
