The room was impeccably clean and the beds were amazing. The coffee shop in the lobby has some nice treats. I was worried about staying here with my toddler, but the staff were really accommodating for him even when he was grumpy. Valet parking was a little pricey, but that's the only complaint I had in the middle of a great deal of happy perks.

Location good , friendly and helpful staff . Not so great , there was no heat my first night , I called the front desk and asked them why I couldn’t turn my heat on , and they said it was turned off because the weather was too warm and there’s nothing they can do about it. It was warm the day I arrived, but then the next two days it was snowing. The front desk brought me a space heater. My floor was loud with other guests having a party and couples fighting and arguing all night and kids running up and down the hallways so it was not a quiet stay either the first night.

This hotel was very nice in a lot of ways. The only complaints we had were no pool, no continental breakfast and no free parking. The beds were comfortable, bedding soft, and pillows plush. The room was clean and had a nice river view. The room and bathroom were small with low ceilings. The water was barely warm enouth to bathe our kids. The staff was very nice and helpful. Valet was quick and the lost & found superb.

I found this place to be nice because it’s right by the river. Room is clean and shower are spacious. Room service was amazing and fast. I order a steak and lobster for dinner and it was delicious. The raspberry cheesecake is a must have. I would recommend this hotel to any friends or family to stay.

It was horrible right from the start. I didn't get the room I booked and the room they gave me was very dirty. They gave me a different room, but no king bed. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will tell family and friends to stay away from it as well.
