Room was spacious! We were a family of 6 and we had plenty of room. Elevator buttons in lobby not working the greatest so that was a little inconvenient. Pool was nice and staff was friendly

We have stayed at the Hampton Inn for years when visiting family in the Rochester area. The maintenance was lacking. The controls for the blinds were missing a cover and did not work. We could not open them. A lamp was broken and a towel rack fell apart when grabbing a towel. Parking for my disabled cousin’s van was limited. She had to park using 2 spots so she could exit her van.

Rooms were very nice, breakfast was wonderful. Ability to use the breakfast area the night before for a family gathering place was very much appreciated under the circumstances.

The staff were absolutely amazing to a grieving family with tons of food from a funeral. They helped us wrap and store it, they helped us manage trash and i saw the staff give the father of the deceased a sweet card. Best staff and experience we could ask for in a terrible time for everyone.

I went to pick a family member up from Mayo Clinic. I did not have time to use the pool. I was a little disappointed in the minimal continental breakfast very skimpy. The bed was a little firm for my taste. The employees were very nice.

The breakfast was not so good , the sausage looked gray and not cooked,the oatmeal ran out… they brought out pot with water and oatmeal not cooked, lots food ran out before 900 and unfortunately I had to leave,condiments also ran out, need @ least 2employees to handle crowd , on the weekend , was lots of kids and people, no clean trays, Barb the shuttle driver was excellent

Our hotel stay was good. We stayed 2 nights. My only conplaints are that there was several sports tournaments going on that weekend so into the night there were kids running through the halls and it was loud. Also one early morning we got woken up to a fire alarm because one guest had to have a cigarette. We had an early morning basketball game that morning and bring woken up even earlier was not fun. This is not the hotels fault but it was our unfortunate experience.
