It would have been helpful to know that the pool is very shallow - no diving and is small. Good for children but not adults. Fitness room was nice with a good view. Room was average. Disliked that things like the body wash, tissues were almost empty and not refilled. Lastly wish that the parking garage connected directly to the hotel so that you didn’t have to go outside to get to the garage.

Hotel is fine. Parking was easy. Clean room. Smaller bathroom. The pool is tiny tho. Do not bring kids and expect them to have a good time there.

I am a self proclaimed hotel snob. My family stayed here when we went to a Vikings game. The property is very clean, smelled great, and well maintained, the staff was very friendly, and it is so convenient for walking to the stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

Over all a nice place to stay. There was garbage on our bathroom floor from the previous occupant (?), the best weren’t the most comfortable, kinda springy. The kids really enjoyed the pool area which is small but they could all touch, 4ft is the deepest.

Only one night stay with family, hotel room was quiet and (two double) beds were comfortable for my party of 4. Both check-in/out were a breeze. I was assigned the same floor as fitness center and pool but hallway was clean. The only inconvenience was that hotel does not validate parking of $17 overnight stay. Cannot comment on dining since we chose to have dinner/breakfast outside. Would stay again due to conveniently located downtown.

Great location for sporting events at the.UWe were in town moving our kids into 2 different apartments for another year at the U of M. The hotel is extremely clean & beautiful! Wonderful lobby area with coffee bar and evening cocktails We checked in very late after football game and the staff could not have been more welcoming! Then car trouble the next morning and a member of the hotel staff came to the parking garage to help us. Way above and beyond exceptional customer service! Will definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and spacious! Staff was very friendly. Pool was a bit small but nice for the kids and the pool area was clean and had plenty of towels and clean bathrooms/shower rooms. Only concern for parents of small kids is that the pool deck is tile and quite slippery. Parking is not free and you have to go outside to the garage but at least is close. There is also not a free breakfast, which the website says there is, so that’s something to plan for because the food there is pricey. We had a good experience there overall.
