The staff was friendly. Room had stains on floor, walls, and furniture. I took photos. Breakfast had these weird chicken strips that were soggy looking so I didn’t take any. I chose the omelettes which were OK. Not much to choose from. Very disappointed as I had booked a six night stay and I chose this hotel for the hot tub and pool. When I checked in, they had a sign saying that the pool was closed until July 12th. Then on the 12th they took the sign down and put a new sign up stating the pool is closed until the 19th of July, this was not disclosed on their website at all and they just keep replacing the sign with a new date. There were families with small children that were crying because they were wearing their swimming suits already just to find out they couldn’t swim. It was kind of heartbreaking to see that. If I had known that I wouldn’t be able to use the pool and hot tub, I would’ve chosen another hotel. There are so many other hotels out there I would not stay here again.

Awful. The hotel had young adolescence staying and partying. Was there with my husband and two young kids. The partying got out of hand and they pulled the fire alarm, causing my family to have to exit and wait outside for 30 minutes at 1:00am in the pouring rain, while police and fire assessed the building. My kids were extremely frightened, as was I. When we reached out to the hotel (check out/ afterwards) they were adamant that no compensation would be provided to guests for the ordeal. Very disappointing customer service.

Stayed here with my family for one night. The staff were amazing and very helpful. I was glad there were two pools as there were a lot of other families with kids staying. Decent breakfast with waffle maker. Great for the price.

Terrible. Paint messes everywhere. Paint peeling all over. No personnel around after 9. Couldn't find help to deal with MANY annoying kids running around and being loud until almost 2am. Will never spend another night in a country inn and suites. They have lost any chance of getting a dollar from me.

Upon check in on 12/25/23, with few people staying based on cars in the lot, the cookie tray was empty except for a few crumbs. The carpet in the hallway, elevator, and our room was awful. Bunched up and needing to be stretched or replaced. And, not vacuumed. We went to our room and noticed the toilet looked like someone had seriously used it, but not flushed, just not clean. Yuck! There was also a dark ring around the inside of the toilet bowl. How long could that have been there?? We moved to a different room. Several of the room #s were laying on the ground. Our's just didn't have one, so we guessed as to which room was our. Inside room 2, the toilet was clean, but the shower had soap scum stripes down the walls. The bed was poorly made with lumps in the quilt. Inadequate number of towels, so another trip to the desk. Day 2, since no towel bars, we let our only towels on the floor. Upon returning around 10:30 pm we found security doors unlocked & taped for painting. We returned to an uncleaned room, with the towels still on the floor. Another trip to the desk. It was then we learned that a clean room was an option requiring our request. Are you kidding me? The TV remote did not control ON/OFF, so if watching in bed, you needed to get up and search for a manual button on the tv. The desk chair's upholstery was decaying and looked grungy. Upon check out, there were two cookies. BUT, the desk clerk leaving his shift took both cookies. WOW!

We liked the property overall. The pool was way hotter than we expected. Luckily we didn’t have any kids with us because there is no way they could have gone in the pool. The 2 kids that were there were swimming in the hot tub and dad was in the pool. It was like the temps were switched.

We've been staying here off and on for the past ten years when visiting family and have always had a good experience. This was our first stay since before Covid and we were surprised at how run down the hotel was compared to our earlier stays. Routine maintenance does not seem to be a priority - the carpet in the hallway was in bad shape, water stains on the ceiling of our room, the bathroom was kind of grungy, the toilet ran constantly in one of our rooms - all in all, not great. We will be looking for another place to stay on our next visit.

The room was very nice and comfortable The morning breakfast was varied and had great hot items and a variety of fruits and bread items It was very well watched and refreshed The maids did a good job or caring for the rooms and restocking the bath products I could hear the children running upstairs in the room above The bathroom was old, somewhat worn and the toilet was too low for modern toilets

Holes in the scratchy sheets, thin walls, adults yelling in the halls all night long, kids running around before 6:00 a.m.

Would’ve been better if I felt clean in the bathroom and in the beds. I found multiple hairs all over the walls in the bathroom and some dirty marks in the shower and a vent in the bathroom was full of dirty fuzz Lint. No switch to turn the vent on…. The beds had strands of hair all over them, and stains on the white linens- in the window was a Q-tip and bugs. I was looking to write something down, and there were no pens or pads of paper. Cleaning staff tried to enter room when my family was still in bed (aprox.10am) and checkout wasn’t until noon. For the price we paid I thought it would of been a better stay.
