We really enjoyed our stay. Were here for 11 nights and they always had a delicious breakfast and great snacks throughout the day. The location was perfect for us visiting friends and family in the area. Highly recommend it!

Looked like cute little cottages. Inside was clean… kitchen was outdated but it was clean. Easy access to my room & parking lot which helped with carrying belongings in and out of room. Closet door needs completely replaced. The screws were hanging off and looked like it had been put back on over & over. Overall good for families

Residence Inn by Marriott in Eden Prairie was like a home away from home. Room with loft and 2nd bathroom + Full kitchen made everything convenient when staying for 5 days. Staff was AMAZING. Breakfast was always good. swimming pool was used daily by the kids + basketball court. Bed in Master Bedroom was very uncomfortable, but besides that...total 5 STARS

The loft and set up was great Down-side- the area felt unsafe. We had neighbors that were obviously smoking inside at all hours which made for poor air quality indoors. I have young children and was not happy with that.

Sooo our stay was during the pandemic to distance from a family member who chose to get on an airplane. We felt very safe at the hotel and felt that the staff did a great job of limiting the number of people accessing each building as a precaution. The kitchen was a huge plus and we dined in each night or ordered take away. We stayed in the loft with 2 separate sleeping areas- the website wasn't clear that there were 2 separate baths also.

This has become our go to hotel when visiting family in the Twin City area but this was by far the most disappointing visit. It started with not knowing that there was road construction at the entrance to the hotel. Where we usually enter was blocked by a construction crew so we went north looking for another way in around the construction & finally called the hotel because we weren’t finding one. The gal that answered said there was a little road by the construction area into it but she didn’t know if it was north or south of the construction area. When we came back from the north we saw that there was a single dirt track to the south of the construction area that didn’t have a construction crew sitting in it at that point but there was a van coming out of the hotel parking lot onto that dirt road. We remembered seeing flags last Thanksgiving along the east side of the hotel parking lot that we thought was just utility work going on. Now we know that it was for the road construction this spring. We think this hotel should get a hold of the mayor because they had plenty of time to build a different entrance into the hotel parking lot while the construction is going on. There was a definite concern while we were staying there that if there was a fire there wouldn’t be a way for fire trucks to get in & the hotel guests to get out on the same road. Great selection of breakfast items to choose from the first morning but the second morning there wasn’t w/40 min. before closing.

We enjoyed a family trip in a suite. The breakfast was good. Minor negatives were not getting a requested crib that eventually wasn't needed, an unpleasant scent in the corridor, and a leaky faucet. Overall it was a good stay, and I would recommend it.
