Embassy Suites by Hilton Detroit Metro Airport

We had a great six day stay. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and housekeeping kept our room looking beautiful each day. The property was clean and well lit; in addition, there was ample parking. The pool was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from including freshly made omelets. Also, the staff - especially Toiya, was amazing. She suggested places to get a good and reasonably priced meal, sights to visit, and the quickest way to get to Canada; we would have been lost without her. My family and I will be back to visit in the near future because we were treated so well by everyone there, along with the beauty of the property/room.

My grandchildren had a fabulous time and everybody was really nice to us.

You could smell weed on the whole walkway in the first floor and the loud laughs and noise it was disgusting I would never ever go back to that hotel for the all money they charge it's not even worth it you really think you are in a motel not a hotel it is not good for families and is not safe.

My family and I got food poisoning for breakfast

We always like Embassy Suites because it accommodates large families,it is clean and it has the best breakfast.Of all the Embassy suites I have been with this Embassy suites has the best breakfast buffet ever.Why? The omelette special with jalapeño,bacon and cream cheese is the bomb,the pancake was very buttery,the coffee taste so good.I would go back to Detroit just to have a weekend stay in this hotel.There was just a delay in the shuttle but they said sorry and gave me extra Hilton points.But the experience of eating the breakfast I would give it a 10 star,the chef was the star.

great place for family

They are allowing a family to rent a room and hold a party where people use the facilities and sneak people in to the pool through a back gate to use pool attend receptions eat breakfast and sleep in rooms rented for two or four all over the hotel in gangs. We have stayed here for years and are now looking to stay elsewhere when we bring our family up to Greenfield Village.

When I first got there checking in they charged both my debit and credit card twice for my stay , had to go through a hassle with my bank to get my money back which took 3 days because it was a weekend! On top of getting charged twice the pool monitor were giving me and my kids a hard time and was being very rude about wrists bands

Very old plumbing system. We had trouble with the toilet. And.... Unfortunately, the weekend i stayed here with my sisters for a relaxing get away 3 elementary to middle school teams had tournaments nearby and where staying here. AT LEAST 80 young kids running everywhere and forget about using the pool area. It was over run by kids.

I am a seasoned business traveler, brought my wife and 2 kids, the free made to order breakfast was excellent, and the provided happy hour was awesome! staff very friendly. My kids could not have had a better time, the pool was clean and enjoyable. This is one of the better hotels I have stayed at for my family, the included amenities make it well worth the price to stay. Just a great stress free stay.
