My family and I were in town for a soccer game and to visit the Henry Ford, and this was the perfect location. Clean and nice rooms, indoor pool, amazing breakfast buffet, and the surrounding area had a ton of restaurants. We will be back the next time we’re in town.

Nice but secretary told manager i was throwing a party and I was having a bday get together for my 11 yo Xmas bday with three children I felt like i should have been asked before they assumed i was having a big party...it was just 3 children and I

Good Hotel with good parking. Front desk staff at check in time was excellent. Room was general clean except the baby crawled on the carpet flooring and the excess dirt on the carpet stuck to legs and hands. Carpets need to be cleaned a lot better.

Everything was good except the floors as the baby was crawling and each time ended up with dirty feet and hands. The breakfast was always on the cold side.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time! Breakfast was great and had different offerings each morning. The hotel was clean, family friendly, and had numerous restaurants within walking distance. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable!

Room key didn’t work on return to the hotel one night. Had to wait over an hour to get back into our room. Waited in another family members room.

The staff was not friendly. They make you feel like everything is an inconvenience for them. I paid via Expedia but when I arrived the front desk staff tried to charge me (again). I had to dispute it and they were rude. They charged me $10 deposit for $5 parking. Front desk was on a personal call on their EarPods while I was trying to get assistance. The pool is not like the pictures and did not look clean/appealing so I didn’t allow my kids to swim. They were disappointed. There is no overnight cleaning services - big challenge. That said, they did get me into another room. Luckily the hotel was not fully booked.

We purposely picked this hotel to have a pool for the kids, and skipped other cheaper options because they advertised their pool was out of service. This had a sign up that pool out of service at check in. The table had greasy hand prints that we had to clean. The outlet next to the bed wasn’t working. The lights have to have a key card in them to work which means we only got one key. The towels had holes in them and we didn’t get enough for the number of guests booked. The breakfast was pretty good and our interactions with staff were pleasant, it was really the facilities that disappointed.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool immensely. The breakfast was hot and fresh. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming.
