Very spacious room, with extra sitting area and full size fridge - microwave. Well located right in the heart of St Joe, and our room had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Could easily be comfortable for small family. Clean and recently renovated. Oh, and the restaurant is fantastic!

I booked this on a recommendation from a family member. It's a beautiful facility with pleasant, helpful staff. While there was some construction, it in no way detracted from the experience.

Newly remodeled & beautiful, one of the best hotels & rooms I’ve brought my family too. Staff is exceptionally great. We arrived early morning by train. They allowed us to keep our luggage by the lobby desk & even went the extra few miles to check in early (around noon). Phenomenal room service & food. Amazing view. The remodeling work that’s currently being done isn’t an issue one bit, highly recommended hotel to stay at!

We loved the visit. It is very close to the beach and downtown area. The hotel has a bit of a musty smell that my 4year old said she didn’t like but it didn’t bother her after we came home from the beach. The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and spacious, and the shower helps wash away the sand. Also, the room was cleverly built with a sink outside the bathroom so whoever was locked out of the bathroom could still brush their teeth. This room easily accommodates a family of 4.

We stayed for a birthday celebration for my husband we had a corner suite the view was amazing. Our family joined us for dinner and drinks. Food was outstanding and so was our server Cuyler. Great stay!!!

The lack of handicapped comfort. I suggest that you speak with someone who knows about the needs of HC aid before you attempt to accomplish it and you'll be quite surprised. I spoke with Mary about the need of MUCH MORE HC assistance because this "baby boom" generation is there!! It is is sooo disappointing that businesses are constantly trying to cut corners & save money.

Traveled with a small child and needed extra space and kitchenette, so this fit the bill. Rooms are outdated with a musty smell. Carpet was so dirty that my crawling baby's knees and feet were black after briefly crawling around the "living room" area. In regards to cost, we got a decent rate since we stayed during the week, but hotel was definitely overpriced for what you get. Location is great, restaurant is nice. Front desk staff was accommodating. Will stay here again because of convenient location.

Perfect stay for families because a pull out sofa and large fridge were available right in the room. Staff, environment, and location was prime. Toilet paper was good brand but thin. Great stay!
