No one was at the check-in counter when we got there. We waited roughly 5 minutes before anyone came up. That being said, the lady working the desk was very nice. They were having issues with keys not working and running out of keys. She had to go to a neighboring/sister hotel to get us a key. It worked fine though thankfully. Check in took roughly 20 minutes or so the whole way around. Also there were quite a few families with lots of kids hanging out in the lobby when we got there, so it was very loud! This was at 9:30pm. The hotel itself is pretty clean, so no complaints there. The elevator is a bit sketchy, but most are at hotels.

Upon arriving the check in staff were very friendly and welcoming . Pool was small but the area was really clean . Staff was quick to bring in more towels as needed . Breakfast was decent . Staff cleaning and refilling that area were also very friendly and made small talk with my kids . Overall I would definitely stay here again

Our stay was comforted by lovely staff whom are very attentive and friendly. Having a newborn, they accommodated us in so many ways while the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I found the carpets in the stairwell and common areas needing cleaning while the doors slam really loud. Good thing they have an on fan system to create white noise for our newborn to sleep soundly through the bangs.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Check-in was quick. The property is very clean, updated, family friendly. Breakfast was nice. There were a lot of options. Our room was very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Our stay at Springhill was great. It's in a good location and very close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel is clean. We always stay here when we are visiting family in Saginaw. This is our go to hotel. You won't be disappointed.

There was a large group of sports parents at the fire pit blasting music and being very loud well past 11pm and with having kids who needed to sleep, I don’t feel like staff did enough to quiet them down for other guests. It was all around inconsiderate and rude.
