The staff was amazing, especially our breakfast host. So friendly and helpful with the young kids we had.

Family of 6 traveling. 3 adults, 3 kids ages 11, 5 & 4. Booked this hotel for the pool which looked like the water was dyed blue to hide algae. The pool definitely needs an remodel upgrade. As for the room; really bare minimum and not detail cleaned as I would expect for a hotel. Ice bucket wasn’t deep cleaned. Room was very dusty. Ants covering the heat unit below the window. Outdated shower. Zero amenities in the room. Fridge did not keep cold. The front desk staff was very kind. The cleaning staff was very very old which explains why the room wasn’t detailed. Bare minimum cleaning. The complimentary breakfast was good but the breakfast staff was miserable and did not want to be bothered. This hotel as a lot of potential but it’s only as good as it’s management and it appears that management is not a hospitality passionate one. Darn!

We stayed at this hotel for a trip to shop and visit Great Lakes Crossing Mall. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and hot items were switched each day. The pool was saltwater and clean. My only "conplaint" would be that the photos show a hot tub in the pool area, but the hot tub has been filled in, and the pool is small and very shallow. This made for a very crowded pool. Also, the pool was constantly out of towels which we never seemed to notice until we were already wet, and the pool area floor was a smooth tile which was incredibly slippery for our little ones who fell even when walking. Overall, great hotel but the pool let a little to be wanted. I would recommend updating the photo so that expectation matches reality for future customers. Thanks for a grwat stay!

We traveled as a family 4 hours and book this hotel after checking all in i then find out the pool is closed number 1 reason we picked this hotel for the pool and there wesite didnt say anything about it pretty disappointed in that

The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The breakfast was pretty good but not a ton of variety. Can’t complain considering it was included. Our main concern was actually the pool. We have two children so the pool is a huge draw of any hotel. The first day we went for a swim, the pool looked super murky and you could not see your feet in the shallow end (~3ft deep). The second day, same murkiness and this time the entire surface was covered in a fine layer of silt/bubbles (whatever it was, it didn't look inviting). The maintenance man said that the pump had stopped and so it would clear up in a while as he got it going again. Unfortunately we couldn’t wait around for that considering we had to check out shortly thereafter. The front desk staff were friendly enough.

When i got there the table bath and sink was dirty called front desk he said he well come take pictures and he did and me and husband did also i asked for a vac and cleaning supplies to clean my own room due to husban is currently having health issues he didn't want to pack back ip amd move boom next day my kida keep complaining about their uncomfortable in the bed oh lets go back to i pulled sheets back blond hair was in my sheets im cuban and im black curly hair ok lets go back to next day long story short i had to throw awah blanket and clothes we took because we woke up with bits my baby is 12 months his whole tummey was terrible im just disappointed i stah here alot and payed 200 a night for this to of been like this

We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend in town visiting family! It was a beautiful hotel! The lobby was clean, modern, welcoming. The breakfast was amazing (adios covid)! The pool area was clean. Rooms were amazing! We will def be back!

Second impressions were great! Our initial impression of the outside was a bit scary, as GPS took us to their new property being built across the street that was fully under construction. We thought we had been scammed. Our second impression was better when we were led across the street to their current building and ample parking. --- Check-in was super fast and easy. Staff was friendly! --- Our initial impression of our room was very negative, as we walked into a horrible smell and some sort of fan on the bed (that I imagine was causing or suppose to get rid of that smell). Our second impression of our new room was great. Lots of space, great couch that even my pickiest child wanted to sleep on, nice size refrigerator, and lots of extra blankets! We would stay there again. :)
