Stayed for five nights for a family getaway. Property seemed clean. Staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable.

There is a nice courtyard that connects to the pool. It was nice to let the kids out there to play around.

Overall great experience besides one staff member on the evening /night shift. She was yelling at guests about kids running though the building. We told the gentleman working they were not in our group, then minutes later this lady came out yelling at our group about kids who are not ours. She was very rude and disrespectful the entire stay. Everyone else was great.

The pool was extremely cold, and the clientele at this location or noisy, sloppy, burping in hallways, allowing children to roam and run in the hallways, cigarette smoke was apparent, we felt rather unsafe most of the time.

Our stay was great! The staff was helpful, room was spacious, clean, and nicely arranged. Even with 2 adults, a 5yo, tube-fed 3yo, 9mo, high chair, pack and play, and tons of stuff for a 4 night stay, it felt very functional. The area was ok, but it was very nice to have the safer interior courtyard to let the kids play or get some fresh air.

Check-in was very smooth and the front desk/staff here were kind and helpful. My family stayed in a suite and I would say the layout was interesting/curious, but very workable. However, I would say that I was disappointed about the state of some of the furniture in the room - the couch in the room was covered in oil stains, and the arms were discolored from grease. Let's just say I hope it was oil and grease. The sitting chair in the bedroom was much the same. We live close by (we stayed a night while we had some major work done on our house) and went back for our own blanket to cover the couch. On closer inspection of the room, you could see things that weren't in the best of conditions, or deep-cleaned regularly (e.g., dust in the vents). The pool was small but we had it primarily to ourselves, so that was fine. With a family of four, the bathroom area in the room was very limited. Not the best of stays, but definitely not the worst. I'm not sure what this was before a Sonesta, but it is clear it is a renovation/development in progress. The main areas - hallways, elevator, lobby - all were clean.

We were in town for a concert and brought our two dogs and grandson. They were so nice about the dogs by offering beds and dishes for them. We brought our own but it was nice! The only downside was we had to pay extra for the dogs and that wasn’t noted. No biggie, they are family and they had a nice time also. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! There was a lot of construction going on on the building but it didn’t affect our stay. I will look forward to seeing it when it is finished!

My family and I stayed there for two nights and overall it wasn’t a bad experience. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel had some areas that looked run down when you looked closely (stairways, corners, etc). Our room was decent but the cleanliness needed some work. There was stuff under one of the beds, food under the sofa pullout, and a key card with a candy wrapper up on one of the shelves. Again, it wasn’t terrible but I would probably stay elsewhere next time we are in the area.
