It was a nice place but the only thing that I had an issue with is that you could hear the people above you walking. I could hear a child running back and forth across the room.

My stay at this hotel was awful, I couldn’t even stay on the last day, my migraines got So Bad that I was physically sick and had to check out the day early. The hotel allowed kids to run and jump through the halls and rooms of this third floor they put us on from 8 am until 11:15. Each day. Nothing was done. Our hotel room had a strangers fake nails that were tore off and on the floor of the beds frame; That was the first cleanliness issue. I almost complained but didn’t. The bases of everything were dirty, drawers had specs and dirt; even the utensil drawer, the dishes were dirty as well as the fridge. Even our bathroom door was improperly functional; when you open or close it made an Extremely Loud screeching noise. I suffered the entire stay. The pool was Cold, I enjoyed the big bed and the big bed only, I could have had a better stay at home. That was Ridiculous. I want a refund and to be contacted properly on this stay. So frustrating that the pool was closed. When you have children that have been waiting and looking forward to swimming and we finally arrive to find the pool closed. That was part of the reason for choosing this hotel.

I requested 2 rooms both with 2 queens. SInce we were traveling with a lot of people. When I checked in they were not sure they had a room. Then they did see our reservation and gave us a 1 king room that they could not change. Then I said I had 2 rooms. They did get us a second room but they do need to get their act together. Also if someone BUYS 2 ROOMS wouldn't you at least have them together so they could open the adjoining door if they wanted????
The noise was terrible thru the adjoining room. A child cried a lot during the night. If my family was in that room it would have made it a lot easier.
They need better training and to at least offer something for their screw ups. We did not even get a sorry

We have stayed at this property before recently and chose to come back as we had an event in Detroit and liked the property and I utilize Hilton mostly as I am a Hilton Honors member and friends and family of Hilton. We did not get any sleep, as the room was boiling and the thermostat was completely off, we never turned it on. I tried to lower the temp to cool off the room and it would not. We also heard noise of people all through the night. This was a night away from our kids and we were looking forward to some respite and did not get any. We would like to have our night credited back to my account.

We checked into the hotel on June 25th, our whole reservation was there. We were charged for 3 nights of incidentals, proving that we had a 3 night stay in the beginning. While we were checking in they also double booked someone else, a man walked in to the room he thought was his and walked in on a mother giving her children baths. The first morning housekeeping knocked on our door, and we informed them we weren’t leaving for 3 more days. We left and when we returned at 9:30pm we were locked out of our room. We went to the front desk, the front desk representative said there was no reservation even though we showed him the confirmation from Expedia and he said it didn’t matter it, wasn’t in his system, even though he could see the 3 days of incidentals in his system. We asked him to call Expedia right then and he said he put a request in and he’s waiting for a call back, he said he couldn’t do anything until then. Then we asked him to call to get a manager but he said he can’t because there are none on the property and he can’t get any. After informing him we are going to call the cops, because never have I ever experienced something so asinine as this situation, he walked to the back room to call his manager, who wouldn’t give me a name or get on the phone to talk to us. I begged him to tell her to please kindly get on the phone, asking what am I going to do with my 5 & 7 year olds, and my other kids traveling alone as a mother, but she still refused. Cleanliness was rated lower, as the sofa had visible stuff on it not cleaned and on the carpet by the sofa. The pull-out sofa for the children was very uncomfortable.
