Lauren at the front desk was courteous and helpful. Check in was quick, got my room in less than five minutes. The room was nice and neat. The pool was slightly cold but tolerable, but my kids love the “Kid’s Spa”, I loved the hot tub myself. I didn’t used the sauna room, but it was there. The Restaurant next door has pretty awesome food, definitely recommend it. Looking forward to come here again in my next visit to Marquette.

Older hotel with a few upgrades. Beds were comfy, I did have a dirty sheet (some kind of small crusty thing) but I use my own blankets when I travel so I didn’t make a fuss. Breakfast is just basics bagels and yogurt stuff or you can make a waffle. Pool works but Hot tub is out of order. Location is great. Property appears to be shared with 2 other hotels so a parking spot wasn’t an issue. Staff is very friendly and we were grateful to be able to bring our family dog.

Damon at the front desk is AWESOME. Was very kind and suggested a few local items. The stay was very pleasant, my family and I felt safe. Only thing I would note is only one type of locking mechanism on the door.. aside that the room was very clean and comfortable. Hudson's is a local establishment steps away, and you get perks for staying at the hotel. All in all if you are staying in Marquette, you should really consider Days Inn.

First hotel I have ever stayed at that has a kids spa. My son loved it! Very clean and comfortable room! Front desk staff very friendly! I live in Sault Ste. Marie and my sons dentist is in Marquette. This is definitely where we stay whenever we are in Marquette!!

The room we stayed in was clean and very spacious to accommodate my family and friends and our dog. The shower was nice however the light switch that was located within the tiled shower walls did not seem safe. And the shower head was not located high enough for tall people. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent with variety and well stocked. Overall, very nice and we would be willing to stay there again

We barely slept all week. The pillows were old and lumpy. The beds were uneven and we had to rotate the mattress. We had to continuously ask for more towels and trash bags as the only way to have your room cleaned was every 3 days of your stay. The tv would glitch while watching it or the sound would be off. The fridge froze items even on the lowest setting. The end button on the microwave didn’t work. The AC was poorly regulated. There was a clump of hair in the pool when our kid (boy, short hair) was the only one swimming. Breakfast was ok, but the hard boiled eggs were rubbery. There was leakage dripping from the bathroom ceiling as moisture collected everywhere. At one point we had a small cockroach in our bathroom sink. Overall, the hotel could use some upgrades and improvements.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and kind and working very hard, but the building and the rooms are subpar. Smelled of old cigarettes..We also dealt with other guests, not disciplining their children who were diving headfirst into a 5 foot pool & bullying my son. I was a little surprised with the cameras that nobody came down and reprimanded them, considering how dangerous it was. The adult spa is very nice. The hot tub does not get hot in the regular pool room.

Expectations were well met; the pool was nice for young kids, very reasonable price, room was cleaned well. Nothing fancy, but certainly served it's purpose. Staff was very kind and helpful!
