Amazing, amazing Amazing. Really love the comfort, staff and fresh breakfast. Tommy the cook goes over and above. Price is great and always enjoy hosting family in 1 of their huge guest areas.

It was great. The staff is amazing. Only issue we had was the ac in our room made a loud clunk noise when it would turn off. It would wake our baby up.

I wanted to share a positive experience I had at your hotel in Lansing. We are from Mobile Al & traveled to see family for Christmas. Mr. Tom & Mrs. Charlie who served out breakfast each morning were amazing. My son is 18 & has had a brain injury from a car accident. Mr. Tom went above and beyond to make him feel welcomed & special. My son told me he was the nicest person he had met in Michigan. As a mom it's extremely important for your children to feel comfortable so far from home & Mr. Tom & Mrs. Charlie made sure all of our children felt the love & the food was amazing! We will definitely recommend & is now our place to stay in Lansing.

Pulling up to the hotel I was thinking I chose the wrong one because the outside is deceiving. They have no sign which I found out later was taken away with a storm. We went in to check in and it was like night and day. Clerk was very nice and welcoming. Inside is modern and beautiful. My kids were disappointed because the website said they have a pool which they do not. Rooms were clean and to date as well. Heater was very loud when it clicked it on but not to the point where we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast was good, just wish they had other meat choices as my daughter doesn’t eat sausage. Overall stay is a 8 out of 10 just because we were looking forward to the pool. Would definitely stay again without the kiddos!
