The hotel was clean with friendly staff and convenient for our destination. It was quiet; the pool area was great for the kids. We will stay there again if we return to Lansing.

We had a great time celebrating my daughters birthday. The pool was too cold for me but the kids didnt mind it. The staff were excellent!

They upcharged us on the room rate. Then blindsided me with a $50 insurance fee. The entire first floor stunk. There was corrosion build up in the pool entrance. My children wouldnt even swim in the pool because it was freezing cold. Were going to let them get in the hot tub until we noticed all the nasty skin particles and hair floating in it. The room was quiet and beds were comfortable and that would be the only positive from our stay.

The manager was rasist and rude and lied on me saying I was asking asking for too many towels. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at. The manager followed my kids and I around and once again lied and said we ate to much the food at the buffet. I will never stay at this hotel ever and again.

Didn’t like all the loud crashes and doors slamming from kids running up and down the halls like a stampede of cattle. But they did change my room to a different floor

We were woke up at 2am to a domestic abuse vase with a couple.and there kids screaming up amd down the hallway..it was beyond scary..the cops were called as we feared for our life! It was just my daughter and i and it went on till 430 am...we never went back to bed..scary place!

My family and I only stayed one night in an average room, but this location has a very attentive and friendly staff. Everything was very clean, neat, and organized. This hotel lacks nothing as far as technology, comfort, or amenities. Even in the holiday rush it wasn't crowded or noisy. I would definitely repeat if we need a hotel in this area again.

We were in town to celebrate a family event. Let the font cresm know we would be arriving late. Room was ready, clean, and the bed (and pillows) super comfortable. Overslept the breakfast hours but the coffee was delicious.

Room was not very clean. My kids finding stained sheets in the drawer was less than desirable! Staff were very rude a few minutes before check out time at all 3 rooms we had. Hotel is updated, but details are lacking.

Great place! Nice hotel, good pool the kids lovedz. Breakfast was great. Clean and convenient.
