It was a family trip with our two adult kids. We booked two rooms, and hotel did provide adjoining rooms. Breakfast was excellent with lot of choices. Rooms were fair size, bathrooms were clean and newly renovated.

This hotel was really nice! It just needs to have an adult swim hour….. me and my wife didn’t want to be in the hot tub or pool with a bunch of screaming kids at 9-10pm at night

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are paper thin and the yelling kids were loud and obnoxious. Also, it’s a non smoking hotel and yet all we smelled was marijuana.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we had no interruption in our stay. However, I did call a week or 2 before we came to make sure the renovations did not affect the pool as we were traveling with our kids and they said it was open! When we arrived the pool was closed for maintenence. We stayed on the newly renovated 2nd floor and it was nice. Some of the workmanship was shotty and it looked like the construction dust hadnt been cleaned out of the shower. The charging block did not get hooked back up after construction so we couldnt charge our devices on the nightstand. The beds were pretty comfortable. The people were nice, breakfast was good. Overall pretty clean, could have been better in our room.

We came from up north for a cheer comp & I stayed for one night with 3 children. The front desk staff were very welcoming, kind & helpful. The room we stayed in was newly renovated & clean. Breakfast was decent. Pool was closed 😔 but was able to sit in the luke warm hot tub. Location was good, 15 mins to the local mall.

Very inconsiderate of the loss of my grandmother. I had to cancel because of my grandmother's death the same day that my husband and I was planning and get away from the house. I cannot help that my grandmother died on the same day and that we needed to cancel. It's a shame that it was no consideration for us rescheduling for us to enjoy one another at a later date. The only thing that will start of was money. The policy should be changed that in an event someone have a death in their family it should be an excusable cancellation. Shame on Fairfield and I would never reserve a room ever again there.
