Their check in policy is dumb! My show started at 5:30. There were people still checking in when the show started! Tried to check in early, wanted $100 for 3 hours! Show up 15 minutes before check in time, about 30-40 minute line to check in. I called ahead and asked how much I'd be charged upon check in, was told $130. I had around $300 of my total of $461. Get up to check in, they charged me entire amount upon check in! I had a direct deposit hitting my account at mudnight, that night. They wouldn't let me check in with the $130. So, I had to have family pay pal me, or risk losing my reservation! THEN they made me get BACK in another 30-40 minute line to check in again!!!
I called ahead and asked!!! Otherwise I woulda been prepared!!! You guys' policy cost me around 4-5 hours of my VACATION time!!!
You should let people check in upon arrival, not give access to the room, just check people in! Activate my cards at check in time!!! It woulda saved a HUGE bottleneck at check in time!
Sat in your sportsbook to watch Thursday night football. The bar closed around half time!! Anytime I wanted a drink, I had to go upstairs everytime I wanted a drink. That was dumb!
My room refrigerator was warm, wouldn't cool down.
For the money I paid to stay there, my stay was just so-so.

The area around the hotel is very unique. It's walkable in downtown, but the valet is also very convenient. I never felt unsafe in the hotel or the surrounding area. The dining options are behind the casino, so that is something to note when bringing kids with you. There are a few restaurants around the hotel.
We did have to call for cleaning service twice when our room was not cleaned when we requested it. We were left without towels and toilet paper until we had to request it multiple times.
It is a good vibe and everyone we spoke to was polite. I would stay again.

The check in and check out was awesome. House keeping was very helpful and right on point. Over all I would definitely invite my friends and family to stay there. Ever staff member that we came in contact with was amazing.

Directions were very confusing, staff didn’t even bring cutlery to room when I phoned multiple times and they said it was coming. No remote in the room upon arrival had to call and wait for that. No restaurants within the building for families to access because they are all in the casino and kids obviously aren’t allowed. I

I booked a room 5 months in advance, when I arrived at the property there was not a room available that was clean. I was offered a food voucher in place of this and asked if it was really necessary to have a double bedroom. We had a family of 4 so absolutely a double bedroom was necessary. They offered a roll up bed in place of a double bed which to me was unacceptable when you spend almost $600 on a room in advance. I'm going to assume they over booked or were understaffed. I will not be staying here again.

We stayed here with our kids for the Taylor Swift concert and I would not recommend it. It was very conveniently located to Ford Field and parking was very easy. We chose this hotel because of all of the dining options, however, we were not able to access them because the guard would not let us through because our kids are under 21. The front desk said we were able to access all of the restaurants with our kids just not the casino, but we were not allowed through. We decided to just get room service and asked how to do that and they said the menu was on the tv. The menu button on the remote to access the room service menu didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed, and the room service line was not kind or helpful at all. Checking in was also a frustrating experience, and our air conditioner was not cooling. It was really one thing after another. Check out was a breeze, thank goodness. My husband and I enjoy going to casinos close by to us. We were excited to check this one out and come back a weekend just the 2 of us, but that will most definitely not be happening.

Upon entering room it was noticeably dusty- floors and surfaces. Went into the bathroom and there was long black hair in sink, floor and shower and a TAMPON wrapper on shelf. I immediately called front desk to request a different room and they said to bring my family and luggage back to the front desk…they were unable to give me a new room bc one wasn’t available but said they would have it cleaned while we were out (our family was in town for a concert) so we hauled the kids and luggage back to the same dirty room and left for the concert…upon returning after midnight the same black hair and tampon wrapper was still there. Exhausted, I called down to the desk and eventually got put through to a manager who said she could come up and clean- It was almost 1am and we were exhausted, kids sleeping so I didn’t want someone in there cleaning- the manager made me feel as if I was lying about the situation. She agreed she would have a manager come to my room at 10am bc they needed to “verify” the tampon wrapper. No one ever showed to our room the next morning and no room compensation was given. We paid over $600 for one night.
