Holiday Inn Express Marshall, an IHG Hotel

Very loud weekend had kids running up and down hallways. Kids were not being watched. Breakfast area was crazy kids took up all the area to sit we didn’t even grab anything to eat before checking out

I came up there for the weekend for Valentine’s Day with my husband. We wanted to hit the casino and relax and enjoy. Instead, we got woken up at 6 AM on Saturday and 5-5:30 Sunday by loud kids and when I told someone about the loud noise on Saturday night I was informed that he already handled it but the noise continued kids was rubbing the halls, parents was in the lobby drinking beer I just didn’t enjoy my time away from my reality (im a mom of 4) I had a family member watch my children. The room was nice, breakfast was not the best but we went to dennys instead. Just had to many kids running the halls and doors slamming and all the above!

We had a family wedding to attend & this hotel served its purpose as a place to sleep. Unfortunately our room was right next the stairs & the elevator wasn’t working. People were stomping up & down late & early. On a positive note, it was close to the venue located right off the highway next to a gas station & Denny’s, which was convenient.

Great location! We are a family with 2 kids. Clean facility, clean room and comfortable! Staff were outstanding the whole stay. Pool was perfect for the kids. Breakfast was excellent. Safe parking area. We will definitely come back here. Area and downtown Marshall is outstanding!

It was nice and clean and especially quiet so me and my family felt safe

The front desk staff was friendly and check in was fast and easy. The pool was really cold so we didn’t swim much which was disappointing. It’s also very small so if there are more than two families in it at a time it feels crowded. Breakfast was good. They had biscuits and gravy, bacon, pancakes, eggs and all the regular morning staples so there was something for everyone. The beds were just ok. You will feel every movement if you have someone next to you. There is dove products in the shower for you and hand wash and lotion at the sink. That was a nice touch to the room. Overall it is a nice little hotel.

kind of in the middle of nowhere. pool was cold, not only the water bur the air in the pool area. breakfast staff did an excellent job of keeping items stocked, especially since there was a large group of children there.

Very clean. Great service. Quiet even though close to the pool and lots of kids. Breakfast was very good.

It was close to the expressway. We were visiting family and the staff and breakfast was nice. My daughter liked the pool as well.

The only thing I can complain about is the room next to us have kids jumping on the beds yellng.. the walls are very thin.
