We have stayed there two other times and never had a problem. This time the staff was rude on several occasions. Then there was dogs barking all night, then noise complaints being made against us when we were sleeping. When they called they woke up our kids. We will never be staying there again!!!

Selena is fantastic! She got us into a room right away to get ready for our daughters recital dress rehearsal. Pool area is great for kids. We will do this yearly if things are held in Marshall.

The place was easy to check in and out. Pet friendly for those with pets. Staff was friendly and our room was clean. The pool was nice but on the smaller size which would be great for the kids.

Rooms were super small, hotel staff was kind yet but our kids were told to be quiet in the middle of the day from going from room to room, little ridiculous.

Nice room, clean, comfortable beds. The kids used the pool. Breakfast was good and the coffee was excellent. Overall, we had a great time.

The location to the casino is why we choose this place since we were unable to get a room at the casino. the place was nice and clean. However, the hot breakfast food was horrible, and I do NOT recommend a room on the first floor! We heard everything, including the kids in the pool well past pool closing time and then they were back in the pool early in the morning. Plus, we could hear the people in the room next to us and everyone walking down the halls. I'm thankful we were only there one night.

We were traveling to visit family for the holiday. Marshall was convenient to our location. Enjoyed the town also.
