Absolutely incredible place to stay. Beautiful area with a fun, charming village. Great for families or a romantic getaway for adults. The most friendly, helpful staff i have ever seen.

The property was beautiful and very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and very helpful, everyone in our family/group was able to find something for entertainment. The only problem I had with my stay was my room had very noisy plumbing. My room in the Edelweiss Chalet was on the ground floor and whenever someone above used the sink, flushed the toilet or used the shower the sound of water flowing through the plumbing was very loud. For a room that was $300 / night, I don’t believe I should be woken up by very loud plumbing.

Boyne Mountain Resort is a fabulous locale for an easy, fun family vacation. Check in is seamless, wrist bands are great for kids, Avalanche Bay is wonderful, nighttime fire, s'mores, lawn games, chairlift, wooden bridge, lake, canoeing.....there is so much to do all within a mile or so. We found Boyne last year and are committed to coming every year now....so this was our 2nd visit in the summer. Simply love the overall look and feel of the hotel and property.

Loved every thing! Especially the Sky Bridge and chair lift. Clean and staff was very friendly. I wish I had known about this resort earlier. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

The resort is very nice, but very busy. You can tell they are understaffed, but the staff works very hard. We only had one bad experience at the trophy room.
The biggest negative was the noise level at night. Our floor in the resort was noisy until after midnight every night and the karaoke going until 11 made it difficult for my kids to sleep.

Noisy HVAC
Crying baby in next room
Children unsupervised and running and screaming in the halls
Adults drinking and loud
Empty beer cans in the hall on furniture and against the wall
Extremely slow elevator
Bed spread appears to have been washed and matted, attempts to fix left a lumpy mess
Bed was uncomfortable, unable to sleep well on it.
Shower head “worked”, but not adjustable, fixed location
Option to sit was either on the bed, or on straight back wooden chairs
Front desk response while checking out was “Bummer”, which pretty much fit my opinion at that point.
Refrigerator, and TV worked
I didn’t feel the room lived up to the Premium price.
My wife however was not as judgmental and felt the bed was adequate, the room was cold, and climbing into bed to eat and read was acceptable.

This was our first time to the resort and let me just say I am so glad we chose to stay at this property. The views are gorgeous, the food at the 2 restaurants we dined was very good. And the staff at the property was extremely helpful. Room was very clean and the amenities on the property were a blast. From the scenic chair lift to the bike trails, we had an amazing time and definitely will come again, this time with the kids!
