The pool was broken. The door would not lock. The toilet would not flush. I had to change rooms twice and so did my daughter and her kids. The tv did not work. The remote was missing. Only 1 person at the front desk way over worked. Terrible experience. You have to tell them to come make the beds and give fresh towels. I did not know this so beware. Will not go there again.

Check in was easy, was disappointed when the pool was out of service due to broken lights previous guests ruined. This hotel says it’s dog friendly and as a family we had 3 rooms adjacent to each other and at the end of the hallway. 5 minutes into my brother leaving his room he got a call that his dog is being loud. I was in the room across the hall and his dog was not making any noises. The next morning, he got a call saying all night they got complaints of the dog, again the dog was silent and we were in the room by 9pm. He was told to leave so we all left. I don’t know who was complaining since he was at the end of the hall and my family had the room across from him and next to him and not once heard his dog. It was ver mishandled and we called corporate to let us leave and get a refund for the day we did not stay. They also had bad attitude when asked if any updates on the pool. Poor attitude by 2 of the 3 people we spoke with, and clearly not pet friendly if all they are going to do complain about your quiet dog

A little different since the hotel was being remodeled. The staff was very kind and helpful. The kids were unable to swim in the pool at night due to a child getting sick (not their fault of course) and staff was unsure of protocol. There was no hairdryer in the room. The side door was open the whole time with wide open access to the hotel due to different entrance because of remodel. The breakfast was good and had plenty to choice from.

Bathroom smelled of mildew. Hand soap too high for kids to reach. Sofa dirty. Hotel old and in need of redo, undergoing renovations. Hot tub spa not hot. Pool chairs old and worn.

We were able to check in early. That was great. Had a lovely note from the maid who made our room up. That was very pleasant. The refrigerator was a freezer. It froze. Everything we had to toss food. The pool had gum on the bottom of it. The hot tub was green, the water that is. In the bathroom was a hand soap dispenser, it was basically on my reach, yes I am short 4‘10“. What about children that need to wash their hands

NOT KID FRIENDLY AND EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! Let me lead off by saying this was not our first stay. My family stayed at this hotel every single New Year’s for the last 8 years. My husband and his family have stayed there for about 20 years prior. This hotel USED to be great. I’ve never had a complaint, until now. We experienced safety issues in multiple areas, the hot tube was a lukewarm bath at best with jets that barely worked, the breakfast consisted of cold and hard pancakes and without any forks on the premises we were left to eat with spoons, broken juice machine, and a piece of our bed broken upon arrival. Not to mention that they treat the pool area like a free-for-all. If you have a thong bikini or want to swim naked I guess it’s allowed and if you have kids you'll be told to advert their eyes and leave the area. Then when you let staff know that it’s uncomfortable, unprofessional, and you’re dissatisfied the General Manager will come out and yell at you in a full lobby. NEVER AGAIN!!

Friendly staff. Nice facility. Not storage drawers to place your items. Soaps and body lotion is so high, you need 6+ feet height to reach comfortably. Not kids or even adult friendly. Beds are average. TV is small and not much great.

Tried to give me a room covered in mold. They swapped me to a new room and offered 85 dollars off. Barely makes up for the problems I had moving my child around and breathing moldy air for two hours while I waited.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in a long time. The rating on hotels.com grossly over stated the quality of the property. Three members of our family stayed in the hotel in different rooms - each of us had a similar experience … bugs in the bathroom, mold in the shower, threadbare bed covers, dirty carpet, etc. I would discourage anyone considering this hotel to stay elsewhere.
