Americas Best Value Inn Birch Run

Staff was excellent but room smelled musty, paid for family suite but it only had one chair , the bathtub was crumbling, pillows were hard and bedding was thin and scratchy. Breakfast was ok, the ladies working the breakfast were incredibly helpful and nice but only hot item was waffle or toast/bagel.

It was ok, except for the man shouting in the parking lot around 10pm and then a different lady pounding on doors and shouting at 7am, dropping f bombs left and right. My kids loved hearing that.

Some updates, front desk friendly. Side doors to go outside are never locked. Flimsy locks on hotel room doors, our recliner in suit was completely destroyed and they didn’t seem to care they we could not use it.we paid the extra for the suit due to it having a recliner because of my bad back. Was kept up until 1am with little kids jumping off their beds and running around in their room above us called front desk didn’t seem to help. We were woken up at 6:13 am to the kids in room upstairs jumping around again. I don’t think they slept! Complained to front desk and they didn’t seem to care. Almost wondered if those people were living there. They are pet friendly which was fantastic and our room was very big.

Great deal! Convenient and safe location. I was traveling solo with my young children! Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Bathroom could have used a bit more cleanliness, but overall not a deal breaker.

The bathroom was gross, dust all over the shower, floors were stained. I get you let people bring pets but could ckean the carpets. Hallways were stained it was gross. The pictures online show a pool and there was only a hot tub. We booked this hotel because had a good rating and had a child that wanted a pool. Neber sgsin!!

Great stay- used room as home base visiting family in the area- only problem back access door did not close and lock properly
