We were in a room under a number of children who made noise all night. The desk responded but it didn’t really help after we complained. They were so noisy that we shouldn’t have needed to call desk.

Booked two Queens and given a king bed. I specifically chose this property because I needed two beds for my family so I was not too happy. I don’t love that you have to pay for premium WiFi even if you’re a member. Location is close to a very busy route with loud traffic all hours.

The worst experience ever. Staff was good. Cleanliness was terrible. My room smell like someone was smoked before. The linens had pet hair. Terrible experience. I booked this hotel because my family and me came to visit Massachusetts for first time.

This is a great property to stay at. It was actually full with lots of families and kids there , I guess for hockey games. The full hot breakfast which is complimentary, mind you is just worth the price for the hotel, especially if you are traveling with a bunch of kids. You can save a tome of money on breakfast. They also sell a bunch of snacks and ice cream etc at a very low price. The hotel is brand new so everything is clean and new, so not worn out like old hotels. No one gives this kind of free breakfast anywhere. More expensive hotel give you nothing at all, and others give you a complimentary breakfast with muffins. Here you get the whole enchilada.

I was a little take back by walking in the lobby and seeing a number of parents of a youth hockey league drinking beer at the breakfast area tables. Aa bunch of six packs on the tables and kids running around jumping of the chairs. Kids were running up and down the halls, yelling and screaming as well as playing out in the parking lot till well after 10p.m. This is a very nice facility and I've stayed here a number of times but I may choose another hotel on my next visit due to lack of control.

Pretty upset , I called to book ahead of time , and asked the front desk about a cot she told me to ask about one when I got there , come to find out the room they booked me was a "fire hazard for a cot " so where would you like me to put my kid the floor . Woman had no response didn't offer me any other possibility not my money back not a discount nothing . Pretty annoyed by the situation . Will not be returning
