I had a family emergency by 13 month old daughter had to be rushed to the ER. She was then admitted for the night and is on an IV drip. I requested to the hotel that I would not be able to come for the stay. I requested a refund that any normal human would understand. The manager did not refund the night stay and I was charged in full. I travel all the time and Homewood is no longer an option. I will be sending a detailed write up to the corporate HQ as well. Heartless and just plain stupid decision.

Firstly, upon arrival, I was met with a front desk staff that displayed a shocking level of rudeness and condescension. Most of the employees at the front desk were full of attitude and spoke to me in a disparaging manner. This behavior is unacceptable in any customer service context. The only exception was one lady whose professionalism and courteous demeanor were the sole reasons the conversation did not escalate further. I commend her for her excellent service amidst such negativity.
Additionally, the room assigned to us reeked of cigarette smoke. This was particularly distressing as I was traveling with my young child, who mistakenly thought the odor was mint. This oversight in maintaining a non-smoking room not only reflects poorly on the hotel’s standards but also posed a potential health risk.
The breakfast provided was equally disappointing, with only two options available. The limited choice and the quality of the food were far below the standard one would expect. Moreover, the attitude of the breakfast service staff compounded the issue. They were unprofessional, followed me around the dining area, and frequently yelled at their colleagues, creating a chaotic and uncomfortable atmosphere.
Overall, my experience at your hotel was disgraceful. The lack of professionalism and poor quality of services provided have left a lasting negative impression. I had hoped for a pleasant and relaxing stay but instead encountered numerous issues that marred my visit.

The property itself was amazing and the space we reserved was larger than we expected and gave everyone in our family their own space to decompress after sight-seeing, etc. The room was not filthy by any means, but there were some issues of cleanliness. There were rose petals under one of the beds in the large bedroom, an empty water bottle under the bed in the other room, and bottle caps under the chairs in the living room. Other than a lack of attention to detail in cleanliness, our overall stay was wonderful.

This was our second time staying at Homewood Suits. Both times we absolutely loved our experiences! The suits are perfect if you have children! They are so spacious and provide the comfort of home! Will be back again for sure!

Was perfect for our party size (4 adults and 3 kids), the rooms were big enough, having two bathrooms was also very convenient. It was confortable, kitchen could have been a little bit bigger, we had to do 2 services, 1 for the kids and the other for the adults, but that's very minor.
Not too far from Boston downtown, was taking like 15-20 min during the weekend and ~45mins during the week.

The property is conveniently located to get to I-95. It's a very nice hotel although the pool could use some attention. Breakfast had good options and the staff who tends to the Suites side was just super. The suites are spacious which is great for a longer stay or larger family. We'd return here!

The hotel is extremely nice and clean. Rooms are modern and elegant.
The checking was at noon, I was there are 11:18 am and the room was available.
After 7 hours of drive with two little kids I wanted to check in just 40 min earlier .
The lady at the reception desk wanted a 50$ early check in fee.
And didn’t let me to check in and asked me to wait 45 min with my kids in the car.
I think if the the room is available and just for an hour earlier they should be able to do that.
Other than this, the hotel is great..

The sofa bed was terrible . Worst sofa bed ever ! We couldn’t use it . We told the front desk about it and they just gave us a comforter which didn’t solve the problem at all . Not even my kids could sleep there . Also breakfast time was chaotic , sometimes even coffee was missing at not replaced for a long time . Don’t recommend.
