Very nice hotel for a family weekend. Close enough from Boston, easy to access from highway. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Only thing that needs upgrading is the pressure in the shower.

I was not happy there was no tub due to having a toddler but no problem I was able to be creative with that. No microwave and had to go downstairs stairs everyday several times a day to heat up good and with having my kid with me that was very inconvenient for me ….. I was surprised to hear one of the guest device on my 2nd at there asking someone if they receive the microwave guest responded yes and very fast. Do I was now wondering why was I not offered the same option mind you it was not the same person who told me I could come down on my first night that was attending to that customer. Besides that my stay was very fine and I was happy 😊

Hotel was great! Rooms were nice. Bed was absolutely comfortable. It was about 35-45 minutes from Boston and wish it was closer. However, I would still come back when visiting my child at college. The only thing I didn’t like was the front parking lot was full, and I had to park in the back lot. When I got back to my room, it was dark out. The lighting in the lot wasn’t great, and I had to walk around to the front of the building. I was alone and didn’t feel comfortable.

When we booked the trip it showed there was a pool that was open. We had 9 families from our baseball team book rooms there. Then we find out upon arrival that the pool was closed. This was a very big disappointment. I did notice that after we checked in the website was updated showing the pool was closed, but that didn’t help us because we had already checked in and paid. We were also told there was continental breakfast-on Sunday morning the only things available were apples & oranges. I had also requested by email for our baseball team to be close together-if not all on the same floor some on one and some on another. NONE of us were together! The hotel was clean & upkept well there was just some disappoints.

The pool, market place and Bistro were closed and they were the main reason we decided to stay here sine we had 3 small children with us. I booked to rooms back in December 2021 and at no time prior to arrival or during check in were we informed that all 3 were closed. It made for an absolute terrible stay. Unless I receive a significant refund I intend to dispute this billing with my credit company.
