This is our 2nd time staying at this property. We had a king, 8th floor. The room is spacious. Everything is clean. The hotel is walkable to town with food options & convenience store. There are also some great outdoor spaces to sit & eat.
The breakfast each morning had good options. Ramona’s greeting in the morning is the best! Fresh coffee &/or tea available 24 hours.
The pool is very nice & heated. Plenty of seating & they have fresh towels.
There are plenty of parking options. We liked the underground garage. Easy to park with elevators to take you to your floor. Room key is needed to buzz in to get to the elevators. Good security feature.
We were visiting family in Melrose. It’s an easy drive & about 15 mins away. We were very happy & would stay again.

Things were going well until someone tried to enter our room while I was at the pool with 2 of my children while my wife and son were in the room. This took awhile to figure out.
The room also had a weird musty smell.
The breakfast attendant was a superstar and friendly. If they could replicate her the service industry can be saved

Facility was very nice and the employees were very nice. One employee in particular Ramona Jones who is the Food and Beverage Supervisor went out of her way to take care of my family and I. She always had a smile and extremely helpful. She is an attribute to The Hyatt and her alone makes it a rememberable experience. Her alone helps bring people back and is an attribute to the organization.

Hyatt Place Medord was home for my sons and I & my brother and his family while we visited for a funeral. The check in process was flawless. The staff member who checked us in was even able to put my room and my brother's room on the same floor. The indoor pool was very nice. The water was warm and the kids played in there until they got all wrinkly. Breakfast was nice every morning. It wasn't the same items every day which was very nice. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast options. No complaints there. The only issue we did have during our visit was that the hotel did not have enough towels. Our rooms didn't have enough towels for everyone and the front desk didn't have any extra towels for us to use while in the pool. I reserved a room for 4 people and we had 3 body towels and 1 washcloth the whole 3 days we were there. Called the front desk to ask for more and never received them. Overall, our stay was nice. We would definitely stay here again, but we would bring our own washcloths next time.

It’s walkable to nearby eatery and restaurants. Ample parking and room and hotel is clean. It’s just an overnight stay for my family during college visits.

When I get to the hotel they tell me that I have to pay 15 USD per night for parking, I had to pay 30 USD for parking for two nights.
As for the room, the first thing is that it does not have a microwave, the sink is in the room and the bathroom is very small, it does not have enough towels for each person in the room, the customer service is more or less good . I do not recommend that hotel to go with your family.

We enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Place- Medford. The room is great for our family of 5 and the kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was my first trip to Boston and the staff took time with my family to give some good tips.

The Staff made this a 5 star rating. The front desk-Mike and Breakfast-Ramona went above and beyond Everyday to make this stay for me and my family enjoyable. Mike asked me everyday how our stay was and if there was anything he could do to help. He got us toilet paper when we ran low, he got me quarters for the washing machines, he recommended places for us to eat, early check in, etc. He is a young guy but always professional and helpful. We will definitely stay here again because of Mike and Ramona. Coming from Hawaii our Jetlag was bad and they made us feel at home. Great work!
