We had a good stay. The only criticism is there were many unruly noisy families with kids. Literally running in the halls and yelling Mommy down the hall at 11 PM. Very noisy. Maybe there should be adult only floors. Parent think this running and yelling in halls is ok I. Guess. Ugh.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Warm welcoming staff. Easy valet and check in. I genuinely felt taken care of. The accommodations were awesome and thoughtful. My child was welcomed and addressed personally. The pool was perfect as was the location. Wonderful people all around! We will most definitely return!

Very nice hotel - located right off the Orange Line. Very hipster locale with plenty of convenient shopping (if you forgot to pack something for your trip) and dining if you want an evening closer to your hotel. Only gripe is that the pool is shallow - strictly for families with kids.

Loved the hotel and front desk reception. Wish some of the guests were aware of the time and used their indoor voices when they spoke in the hallways. Especially the gentleman who at 7:00AM was talking so loudly while walking the hallways. I cannot believe how inconsiderate people can be. We will be back as we have family in the area. We are very comfortable staying there. Thank you

Excellent hotel, just wish there was free breakfast and the restaurant and bar had longer hours. The pool was nice, but extremely small. Small group of kids took up the whole thing so I couldn’t enjoy it.

A wonderful stay. After a few teething problems were resolved (like no bedding for our children even though we booked for 4 people) and then waiting a while for it to be sorted satisfactorily, we had a wonderful stay. We did a lot of research before booking The Row and didn’t regret our choice. The hotel was fantastic, in a great location and ten minutes from downtown Boston by Uber. The majority of staff were really great, friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was superb. We can’t wait to go back.

We had a wonderful time. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very responsive. The pool was fabulous. For some reason the door to the deck was open but there is not exterior door handle to return to the pool room. Luckily one of us stayed inside-otherwise we would have had to go in through the fitness center. For those with young children - definitely try to stay on 2nd floor, as there are no public restrooms near the pool (at least none that we could find, we didn't ask). Overall a lovely time!
