It's very hard to find the hotel because there were no signs to direct you to the location of the building that was tucked behind a couple of other buildings. I arrived at about 2:00 am. and i was exhausted from my trip and I didn't like having to drive in circles for 20 minutes trying to find the building. Everything in the room was decent except for the very weak water stream from the shower head. I know that they have to conserve water but it was way too weak. On my third and forth night stays there was a family of immigrants in the room above me and they were very loud with their music and they were stomping around on the floor until 12:30 am. I guess that's the risk now of staying in hotels located in sanctuary cities.

Staff was very friendly! All rooms on the floor had the carpets washed that day but had signs explaining they might still be damp. Room was clean. The dishwasher had an inch of stinky water in it. It started leaking out the sides when I tried draining it. I was a little surprised at fee for parking. I only stayed for 1 night due to family at Lahey Hospital. Price was reasonable. I would stay again.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our needs during this trip and put us in a location close to family. While the premises were clean there were stains on carpeting and everything is a little bit worn. The laundry facilities and gym area were well above average. All in all, it was a very good value for the price. Would stay there again.

Smelled extremely bad almost like a septic smell. Rugs in halways were ripped up, stains on all the couches/ chairs in common areas. At checkout, no one was to be found at frond desk, had to wait almost 15 minutes for staff to show up and just handed me a piece of paper printed the day before showing my 1 night stay. Will never stay there afain and definitely will not recommend to friends and family.
