I asked about a walkable downtown and was told that the homeless are aggressive at night. We have children so did not venture out. We also were charged $50 more than what I was quoted via Expedia. Will avoid Hilton in our future travels.

We had a family gathering to attend and this hotel was conveniently located off the highway that took us everywhere we needed to go. The room was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of pillows. Everything worked in the room. It did have a damp feeling in the room but between the summertime heat, ac on cold and proximity to the river we thought that was why. It just had a weird damp feeling to it. The music from Pizzeria Uno was loud the first night but after that we didnt hear it. Our room happened to be on that side, on the third floor. We arrived on a Saturday night so i would expect it to be like that. It was a good visit. Not sure if i would stay again.

Highly recommend, especially with kids! Right next to the Basketball Hall of Fame and they loved the indoor pool! Only downfall was breakfast was not included, but the price was reasonable to eat there and the food was good! We travel quite a bit and this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed at.

The property is very clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The kids enjoyed the pool. Guest laundry takes CC so its convenient that you don't need quarters to use. Location has a pizzeria uno on the property but not a lot of options within walking distance. Very close to six flags New england.

I could see the staff wiping down everything in the rooms while cleaning other check outs and the doors were kept open. It was clean and the pool and hot tub were a highlight for the kids. Front desk staff was friendly and available. I might recomend one more laundry unit if there is room. We had to wait to use that but they were in good shape and cleaned our clothes very nicely. So close to the Basketball Hall of Fame. Literally walk out the door through the parking lot and you are there. Hotel is older but kept in very good condition and clean.

I was very pleased with the service and the staff. Very helpful friendly and professional. I plan on making them my choice to stay 💯 on my next trip to Springfield. Would recommend them to my friends and family. Wonderful stay. Love Pizza ria Uno.
