Briar Barn Inn

We took our two young girls with us here wild visiting family in the area. From the staff to the environment to the cleanliness to the stocked fridge with great (and much needed) options in it….everything was perfect! Thank you very much for a great stay!

We were very pleased with the quaintness of the Inn and charm! Very close to our family too! Also appreciated all of the staff and we even got a gift certificate for our son and daughter in law for a date night them! Great architecture and great design in the tiniest detail!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The staff were outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure we felt at home, paying special attention to our two kids (6 and 2 years old). The hotel itself is really pretty and the room was beautiful. Very clean, very comfortable. The continental breakfast was spectacular, with pastries from local bakeries. The pool was also a lovely amenity. Clean and beautifully maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Inn was lovely and relaxing. We were there on a Sunday-Tuesday night so it was particularly quiet without the restaurant/spa open. The staff was welcoming and pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable and kids loved the outdoor pool. And the breakfast pastries were such a nice treat!

This was the first time I have ever taken a vacation with my family (me, my husband, and our two kids - a 2 year old and a 4 month old). Initially I thought that this place would be too high end for two kids but I was very wrong. YES, it is very high end and beautiful, like something you'd want to plan a wedding at or take a romantic vacation to, BUT I was so surprised at how welcome the staff made my kids feel. They even gave my 2 year old a lovely stuffed bunny that had the Briar Barn logo on it! Our room had plenty of space for my toddler to run around and they even had a pack-n-play available for my little one to sleep in. Every detail, from the front desk ladies who were beyond sweet to the housekeeping staff who were so lovely and diligent, was perfect. The pastries they had for breakfast were delicious and just enough to start the day, the minibar was well stocked and reasonably priced, and surprisingly the restaurant had huge portions of amazing food. We were only 15 minutes from the best places in the area (with Crane Beach being the reason I booked this particular hotel) and we had a blast. The bathtub was sparkling clean and they even had complimentary bath salts to use (which I gladly did). I can't remember the last time I had such a relaxing bath. We even used the pool with my toddler to teach him a bit about swimming and it was spotless, so much so that it didn't even smell like chlorine. This was quite possibly the best place I have ever stayed in my life!

Staff was lovely. Room was beautiful and clean. Booked for a babymoon and took advantage of the spa on the property. Loved it!
