We were SO pleasantly surprised with this one! In a cute area of Dorchester, just minutes from good breakfast and the T (Savin St) we couldn't have found a better place for our extended family trip to Boston. We had the whole building/apartments on three floors to ourselves. Living space was ample and amenities were good but the charmingly restored features and and cleanliness were fantastic. And, we lucked out with free weekend parking right in front of the building. My whole family kept marveling at the incredible find I made, so it was definitely a great fit.

Comfortable, homey apartment for family or group visit to Boston area with full kitchen and dining room. The couch in the living room could stand to be replaced, but otherwise we were very happy.

I visited Boston from Japan to study at Tufts Uni for a short period. I stayed at this place for 11 nights and it was very clean and comfortable.
I wanted to cook and do the laundry myself, so it was perfect place.
Furthermore, Muny and her kid were nice to me.
I had concerned about crimes because it is located in Dorchester but during the stay it was totally OK.
The floor creaked a little when walking, it might annoy some nervous people(no problem for me).
Thanks a lot Muny!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment. The owner was very generous, stocking the fridge and cabinets with breakfast items. There were plenty of towels and everything was very clean. There are nice laundry facilities available as well as cool AC. Just a note that this property is an apartment within a multiple unit building. It is more like an AirBNB than a hotel room. It was very affordable and nice for larger families or groups.

This is the first time for me and my family visiting the East Coast. The host is great! She is super kind and offers great service. The place is clean and exactly like the pictures are shown on the website. I was surprised when I arrived. NO LIE! The place is also really convenient, close to the freeway if you drive like I do, or there's subway in walking distance, too. I would definitely stay at this place if I visit again and would definitely recommend this place to my friends, family, and anyone who's planning to visit this place :)

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was nice and clean. The host was super attentive and really nice. The one thing was the third floor walk up, but if you are a fit person who sees everything as a workout opportunity then you'll be fine. You won't be disappointed but pleasantly surprised. I kind of didn't want to say it was nice because I don't want too many people hearing about it! But if you do decide to go don't ruin it for the rest of us. Lastly please note this is a shared space, you get one bedroom to yourself, everything else is shared (kitchen, bathroom, living area). When I was there another person was also staying but I only heard them never saw them. There is an option to get the whole place to yourself if you are with multiple people. This is perfect for the single traveler or for families who might need a larger space. Also it is on street parking and you have to move your car by 7am. In case you like to sleep in (like me) just park around the corner on Dorchester.
