Everyone is so nice and attentive; the front desk is always professional, specially Maria one of the Manager. I was very happy with the service at the coffee shop. My family and I will always choose this hotel in the Berkshires!! we stay here at least 3 times during the year.

My kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub and we all liked the outdoors fire pit. The only thing that would have made this place better was a full service restaurant and bar.

Holly at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. All of the staff was very friendly, but Holly made went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy. She also made it an extra special stay for our kids. We will definitely be back to this location.
